A small oasis of tranquility, an unpretentious hotel with a green lawn, a refreshing pool and good service, including shuttle service to the airport. A great place to relax before a long flight. We've got a room with direct door to the lawn and the pool. We hadn't originally planned to be in a hotel and were going to drive into the city, but the place turned out to be so welcoming that we spent almost a whole day here enjoying the Brazilian sunshine.

Small selection of snacks/food, perhaps adding more sun umbrellas when the hotel gets fuller, not disturbing construction near here.

Mind about shuttle bus schedule. You will need to wait the bus. Then it goes to Domestic terminal. So in total it took about an hour to get to hotel, as thehotel is situated rather far from airport. To return to the airport I needed to order uber taxi as the shattle bus didn't go at the time suitable for me. The room facilities / bed linen was low quality The breakfast was plain - no variety. Realy I was surprised as other travellers liked it - I didn't understand what they liked as in fact it was poor

Exceeded my expectations for the price. Very clean and nicely decorated as it suited my needs and more. I generally stay at the other higher end hotels which is double plus the price. I was really surprised as to how comfortable it was. Breakfast was excellent and just what one needed to start the day. All inclusive in room rates. Definitely my new go to for a hotel near Guarulhos airport. Pool area was lovely and gave it a nice resort feel.

There was issues with the hot water that morning but quickly resolved. That was the only negative but these things happen.

I had a 10 hour wait for my next Flight, I picked Panamby Guarulhos hotel because of it's Location 15 Mins for the Airport The hotel has lovely Gardens font and back, Birds of Paridise everywhere, there is also a nice Pool in the back garden, The File Steak Sandwich and a cold beer by the pool. and a Shuttle Bus back to the Airport....Perfect

All of it was ideal for the situation: a one night lay over between flights. It had a free shuttle from GRU airport to the hotel that was on time as informed. Facilities were great for the price; good size room, comfortable bed, balcony with windows overlooking the pool, breakfast included and food delivery for the room.

Nothing really. It wasn´t a super fancy hotel for a long stay, but it was really good and comfortable. Only nit pick would be that the toilet was a bit small., and personally I don´t like those showers without a bathtub, but that´s just nit picking.

We stayed at this hotel as we had quite a long layover and wanted somewhere that had a garden and pool. These were very nice and we were lucky with the weather. The hotel is a little old but very clean. We were given access to our room 3 hours ahead of checkin time as we were early after our flight which was very much appreciated. We had been willing to pay.

The dining room is a little soulless. Food was just ok. Traffic was quite bad going to the hotel and the journey time was about 25 minutes so be prepared for this.

Very good breakfast. We also liked the spacey room and the comfortable beds. Next to that the place is very clean. The location is also very good: close to the international airport and a large shopping mall. We also appreciated the free shuttle bus to the airport.

The dinner buffet and dishes a la carte are very expensive.

Nice and cozy hotel near GRU airport to relax and unwind before of after a flight. Very good breakfast, with lots of pastries and fruits, options of cereals and yogurt. friendly staff. nice pool area. I would stay here again, the price is very good.

the wifi was not really good. sometimes hard to connect. my phone would go crazy trying to connect. I don't know if it was only on my cell phone.

Breakfast was awesome..it could have been better with some extra options of gluten free food, but in general excellent. I also want to thank the cleaner, it was the same ladie for the three days, she does a beautiful job and she's also ery kind and respectful.

Bedroom in general was good too, but there is a door between two bedrooms which is annoying and inconvenient. The card also didn't work twice, first on my own door and second from outside

Nice rooms, good breakfast spread, free shuttle to the airport. The hotel is quiet given its location and relatively convenient as an airport hotel, which seems to be its main purpose.

The check-in procedure was very slow, and there was a line behind us of about twenty people, who must have waited ages. The staff were not particularly friendly.
