This hotel is in a great location if you’re going to rio and hitting up some tourist spots it’s close to everything. There’s the subway right around the corner if you don’t want to Uber everywhere. Tons of places to eat around the hotel, supermarkets if you want to save, pharmacies. Very affordable and very comfortable for the price. We have recommended the hotel to our friends and family and one of our friends already booked herself a room in April from all the raving about this place that we did.

The pool area was filthy, someone really needed to clean up the area. I didn’t go in the pool as I was disgusted by how dirty the pool was.

excellent reception staff who kept our luggage and tried hard to get us into a room as early as possible after our 7.30 arrival. very good breakfast selection.

only complaint is the space between the end of the bed and the wall with the TV is very tight making the room feel a little small

It is a beautiful hotel, well located, with great facilities and very quiet. The breakfast is very complete with fruits, breads, cheeses and cakes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is small but perfect for a couple or if you are traveling alone.

On a couple of occasions we had to wait to sit down for breakfast because none of the tables had been cleared by the staff.

it’s definitely a very cozy hotel the property is very charming . the rooms are small but comfortable. the bathrooms are wonderfully nice..

they could improve on the gastronomy side. it doesn’t have to be luxurious but it has to be appetizing. it was not bad but it could be better. the staff is quite professional but it needs to be more engaging and interact more with guests. we are talking about hospitality here.

Location is good for a short stay. There are shops and restaurants close by. The check in staff was kind, courteous and helpful. breakfast was very good. Shower has great water pressure and hot water!

The room was smaller than it appear in the photos. there was some holes in my bath towels and one pillow on the bed had a bit of a damp smell.

I've paid for a superior room but I got the same room that a friend of mine has witch was a regular one for half the price.

Great location. The surrounding area felt alot safer than ipanema or copacabana Super cosy room. Modern facilities. Quiet room Breakfast was good too

The lifts take forever!

Small room, split air conditioning is above the work table, it leaked and almost soaked my notebook, internet connection was really poor at some times
