It's in a convenient location by the metro. Nice room, clean and comfy. Had good water pressure and wifi speed. Great breakfast buffet. They have a lot of rooms so was able to do early check-in when I got there.

The pool wasn't heated so it's very cold. It's on the edge of the historical downtown so you just have to watch out for your surroundings, especially coming from the metro.

Good location. Just around the corner there are 2-3 cool (really cool) Jazz bars with live music. I would definitely not say this area is super safe for gringos 😁 but overall seems to be one of the most safy areas in the city. The hotel is big, with very tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, strong shower. Not cold, not too hot (I mean the room in general). Very helpful staff! I would recommend!

You can't pay in dollars :) but it's not a dislike actually. I just had some issues with the cash and thought that would be super convenient for me to pay in dollars. But NO. I think it's just a common thing in Brazil maybe.

Convenient, central location near metro, bus lines, lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Great shower, with plenty of hot water.

The breakfast was good but it should change a bit everyday, so it doesn't get tired. Generally 3-4 star hotels offer a complimentary tea or coffee in the room. This hotel does not.

Room is spacious and clean with comfortable double bed. Breakfast is delicious. There is also gym and pool on a 1 floor. Gaby from the recepcion was very kind and helpful. Hotel is near Republic Square near Centro historico.

The hotel is well located, sorrounded by very beautiful and interesting places such as Edificio Itália. The breakfast was also amazing.

The cleaning service wasn't that good, the room was not well cleaned in the mornings and that was really uncomfortable

Free parking with a very good staff for maneuvering and the location right in downtown were very good. Subway station at 5 minutes way walk and plenty of other options. Specially enjoyed the breakfast with several options, well served and very tastefull - excellent !

The room needed some maintanance care with some walls paint work.

Although I don’t speak much Portuguese, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. The wifi was good which was necessary for my work. Breakfast had a good amount of options. Room was clean, smelled good, and didn’t smell of smoke. Also one of the better gym options I’ve seen in my travels in Brazil.

That the window in the room doesn’t open at all.

The breakfast was the exact same every day. The room could use an update, and the reception clerks seemed very happy, not the most friendly personalities.

Everything waa perfect in this hotel ，breakfast was good ，the staff were very nice to me ，because my credit card had some problems. And the Internet s super good for me to work online ，i also used the gym to work out ，everything was awesome！Totally recommend

I had some problems with understanding because my Portuguese obviously isn‘t good enough to understand native speakers with a mask on, but everyone was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and I always felt very comfortable during my stay.
