The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, close to everything. The breakfast buffet was delicious (you can order freshly made omelettes and tapiocas).

The hotel is in an older building that needs updates. The room also needs some renovation. the furniture is worn out. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul (the sink in my room (151) was cracked and it was also leaking; the tiles have seen better days).

The property is located in one of the nicest areas in São Paulo. The room/apartment was very spacious with a nice shower and comfortable bed. it has a safe balcony and nice breakfast included!

The internet connection can be improved. Often it didn’t work. Advice for all travellers to São Paulo: Dont show your phone at all times outside.

We stayed in a lovely duplex suite and felt right at home there, it was wonderful. The suite was so spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. The bedroom was was exceptionally comfortable with a fabulous bed and the en-suite had a lovely jacuzzi bath. Kitchenette and living room were great too, couldn’t fault the place, loved it. The staff were amazing too, but especially Marcelo, an absolute gentleman and a credit to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the landmark residence. Really good value for money, we were really happy with the room. It was really big, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect, super close to Paulista and a great spot to explore São Paulo from. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. Best Pao De Queijo we have had!

Generally an excellent stay. Good facilities, right in the centre of the city with pleasant, helpful staff and a great breakfast.

We arrived at about 11:30pm after traveling all day and the receptionist was off hand, arrogant and unhelpful. At that time of night you really need staff who go the extra mile!

This service flat/hotel is in a prime location of Jardins, within walking distance of great shopping, restaurants and metro stations as well as Paulista Ave. Our suite had ample closet space, a comfortable bed and a separate living room w TV and sofas. This is not a five-star hotel but it is ideal for leisure travelers. It is fair-priced, convenient, clean and offers a nice breakfast.

Breakfast was rich and plentiful, and I appreciated the safety precautions adopted. The staff were extraordinarily accommodating and friendly when it came to my dog, and service was overall both genuinely friendly and effortless.

I have stayed here many times, and will continue to stay here on my trips to Sao Paulo, but I really wish there were some rules about residents respecting order after hours. There were some customers who stayed up all night causing a disturbance through loud music and talking, and it was highly disruptive. Real shame for such a lovely and family-friendly hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and had a large variety . Hygiene was maintained in the entire hotel . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly . The rooms are very spacious and You feel you are living in an apartment and not a hotel room . I would def recommend this hotel and stay here again .

There is a lovely kitchenette along with a gas stove . But there was no crockery & cutlery . No microwave & kettle . No cups and pots and pans to use the gas stove . So I suggest it’s worth upgrading to a better room to have additional kitchen facilities and enjoy the hotel .

The location of the hotel is top! Near by Av Paulista just 5 minutes walking! The staff super friendly and willing to help with my little pup dog!

The room was a bit old fashioned but the kindness of the staff and value for money compensated that.

Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, very quiet room while being very central in Paulista. Very central. Good sized room. good internet, clean room. A number of wall plugs to charge phone, laptop, and power bank.

Everything was very good. Possibly one more blanket would have been good. It was cold in Sao Paulo.
