The Hotel is not the latest technology or fashion style but it is very nice in his semplicity, quality/price super good. The breakfast simple but good and with good variety. I would just suggest to start at 7am and not at 7.30am it's a bit tight to take the minibus at 8am. We tried one evening the restaurant for dinner and we eat very well for a good price. The bed are very comfortable. The Spa area is very nice, with everything you need, pool, bubble, sauna, steam bath, relax area. The massage service is good too. The Staff very nice, trying to helping us in any of our request, especially Camellia in the restaurant.

The bus for the Gondola is a very good service, but I will suggest to do it in continue shuttle. For example if there are already enough people, let's say a minimum of 4 on 8(place on the minibus), not to wait the scheduled time. It's frustrating if you have to go to wait the minibus 10minutes before to be sure to have the place on time. Plus, if you want to take the minibus (first at 8.00am) you need to be there at 7.50 and the breakfast open only at 7.30am, kind of tight. The risk was often the people that show up on time need to wait because there are to many people for the minibus and that is unacceptable since once you arrive to the Gondola then you have a long queue and often clients have appointment with instructors.

Really good value hotel, spa is nice, pool could be a bit warmer. The staff were all very nice, breakfast was varied (Not Full English! But you're not in England!) Kids were happy with the offering and they're fussy! The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Nice little touches, robes, slippers and toiletries. Location walkable to lifts, but maybe not great in ski boots. (We had a car). For what we paid I think this hotel was an absolute bargain! Definitely the best budget hotel we have stayed in, in Bansko so far, (we've been quite a few times.) We would definitely use this hotel again.

Tbh, the place exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located at the entrance of Bansko, in an area that is quiet and calm, so there isn't a lot of noise from the surrounding bars or restaurants. Perfect if you want to get a good night's rest, but still within walking distance from the center and the gondola. The hotel is fairly new, warm, clean, dry, well maintained, and calm. The people working over there are more than friendly, welcoming, and more than willing to help you out with anything you might need. The rooms are clean and well heated (floor heating as well as central heating), a little bit too warm for my liking, (I usually like to sleep in cooler rooms, but you need to dry your clothes during the night, so it is understandable). The bathroom is new, clean, dry, and well heated as well (no problems with leakage, mold, problems with the drain, etc.). The room is equipped with a TV with a lot of TV channels, a hairdryer, electrical kettle, a fridge, and the wi-fi was flawless (hotels usually have this problem with poor signal in guest rooms). The beds are clean and comfy. We did love the complimentary fruit basket that we got when we first arrived in our room. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. We also had dinner on two occasions, and the dinner was also delicious. The spa is amazing! Probably the most important thing that I was looking for in a place. The swimming pool was big enough for a comfortable swim, and not too warm nor cold. There is a small kid's pool as well, as well as a jacuzzi, and the sauna and steam room were quite hot. Bear in mind that the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna are quite small, so if you are staying here during mid-season, there is a strong chance that it will be overcrowded. But the spa is working from 9 am until 9 pm, so if you plan your time accordingly, maybe you can enjoy it to its full potential. There is also a gym area if you are in the mood for exercising after a day at the slopes.

We stayed one night a family of 3 before a trek in the Pirin. We had a nice and big room that was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. breakfast was very good. All was just fine. We will come back.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Superior breakfast. I highly recommend Hotel Iceberg Bansko for anyone visiting. Top location, everything is close. More than satisfied.

The room was big enough for 2 people. The staff were friendly and very helpful. All the facilities of the hotel were at our disposal and in good condition. It was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose

Good value for the money. Rooms were clean, food was great. Hosts were friendly. We had access to spa with pool, steam bath, sauna, and hot tub. Hotel also has a small gym.

Everything was great during our stay at Iceberg Hotel. The entire hotel is very warm even excessively warm. I don’t usually go in spa pools because I find them cold, but I enjoyed the warm pool at Iceberg hotel including the ultra warm jacuzzi. The housekeepers cleaned our room daily. I was impressed by Mila at the reception desk. Her positive attitude, hospitality, and attentiveness brightened up our stay. She was always so willing to help, asking us if we need anything, paying attention to every guest, she is a real gem of Iceberg Hotel! The breakfast was decent and offered variety from day to day. The city center is 8-10 minutes walk. There’s enough parking space in front of the hotel. I think it provides an excellent value for the money.

The hotel interior could use an update, and the gym is very basic but when you compare value for money, you can’t really complain.

Nice room, big enough and cozy. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from the city centre of the pleasant village of Bansko. They offer a wide choise of food for breakfast. Small but relaxing SPA area available for free all the day. Easy parking.

They could improve just a little in order to risult more efficient: we stayed 3 days, on the first the whirpool didn't work properly, on the second and the third sauna didn't work at all. The last day they didn't clean up the room (they wanted at 3.30 p.m. but we asked not to do it becouse we had just come backup from hiking in the mountains). All the carpets need to be renewed in order to provide a satisfying cleeaness. They provide a large choice of food for breakfast but some of them are not hand made and consequently not genuine.

The room was spacious with balcony and mountain view. Very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff very nice. Not far from both downtown and ski area.
