The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are basic, but clean. The small hotel even has a small pool and a jacuzzi.

Covid restrictions means that the available dishes on the restaurant menu are limited. Shockingly, one of the waiters at the hotel had the nerve of saying that the restaurant is fully booked and we were supposed to go somewhere else for dinner! That did not happen though, after I went over the roof. They were receiving guests from outside the hotel inside the restaurant, despite that being forbidden by applicable regulation, all the while turning guests down for dinner! We could not serve soup for the entirety of our stay...really disappointed because of it.

We loved our stay, it was perfect! The room was big, bed super comfortable and the view from our room priceless. It was great to wake up every morning and look at the mountains. Location of the hotel is also really good, short distance from the gondola and good restaurants within 1 to 3 minutes walking. They also have a room to store ski/snowboarding equipment, with a nice device to dry the boots. The best part was the spa, with warm water pool, sauna and jacuzzi, we used it every day after snowboarding. Hotel staff was also really attentions, we for sure recommend it!

The location is excellent, close to the gondola and the old center. The staff is extremely kind and smiling. The room is very clean, the towels are changed every day. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are a plus for relaxation after a day of skiing. The food from the restaurant is very good and we received a 10% discount because we were accommodated in the hotel.The restaurant is a greek tavern with barbeque. I received a recommendation for renting ski equipment with a 10% discount. We will return with pleasure.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff and the spa facilities were great. we had balconies with our rooms and the views of the mountain from these balconies were fantastic. wonderful location too, close to the best restaurants and importantly, close to the gondola too.

there was a big bath/shower in our bathroom but no shower curtain so the toilet and floor got damp after showering which was a bit annoying. The room was very warm some the shower splashes did dry up pretty quickly though. It would be great if the breakfast began at 7:00 to allow people to eat and beat the gondala queue.

It was a very enjoyable experience and I am very satisfied with my stay at this great place. About the room - cosy, warm, comfy The size of it was pretty good it was a really big room. The bathroom was comfortable and warm with a shower cabin. The bed was big and soft. There was a nice couch. There is a working fridge. About the staff - friendly, caring and nice We had a great welcome. Lovely cat. They were friendly and helped us by giving us some good pieces of advice about nightlife. We like to make our tea for the day and they provided an electric kettle for our room. About the spa - good for ending an intense skiing day Good sauna, usually a warm jacuzzi, good pool. It was just enough. I was dreaming about it during the hard weather on the top of the mountain. About the restaurant/breakfast I liked the breakfast. Every day there were different options. Good thing it starts at 7:30. We made it just in time for the gondola lift. For dinner we enjoyed the restaurant, we also had a 10% discount as clients of the hotel. It is a nice traditional restaurant with a friendly staff, good background music, and big portions. About other facilities There is room to leave your ski equipment (ski, poles, shoes) - free of charge. About the location - perfect A short walk from everything around, including the gondola lift. It is on the same main street.

About room The view from the first floor is not that good, not a big deal for me. About spa It closes at 20:00, I would have enjoyed one more hour. ;) About breakfast We didn't like the juices.

Staff are so nice friendly. The location is great which is nearly shops and restaurants. The 102 number door of apartment was so nice but it smells a bad smoke air from outside next BBQ's restaurant if the windows was open. The shower was so cold it is not working hot water. We went to swimming pool , hot tub and sauna it was so nice then had to go to the shower it was so hot water.

Breakfast was like basic ok but could be improved more fruits , breads and orange juice 100%. Also need the large cup only for tea . We were disappointed we stayed at our room without balcony when we've booked it with balcony which is a nice view of mountain.

Our stay was lovely. Very cozy rooms, the beds were comfortable, an overall great feeling staying here. No problem with the heating, the temperature in the room was ideal, the furniture made out of wood gave the place an amazing feeling. Also, the entire property was squeaky clean. We really liked that we were close to the city centre, the main touristic streets and the gondola, really could not wish for a better location, there is even a small shop just next to the hotel that we visited everyday to buy delicious pancakes. The breakfast was reasonable, not a huge variety of things, but really fresh, tasty and filling food. The restaurant was the best part, really nice traditional food, music, and friendly staff. In fact, through out our entire stay, the staff was really helpful, friendly, polite, communicative and ready to solve any problem. The spa area is really small, a bit cold, with a not-so-warm water in the pool, and an old jacuzzi that was warm enough, but for a quick swim it was ok. Given the price, we really could not complain, the staff did their best. I would totally come back here, I would also recommend it. Our stay was great and we really got to relax and enjoy the winter experience

Everything was perfect. Staff are very polite. Breakfast was great, and other food in tavern was perfect... So, we find our place in Bansko. We will continue to come here for vacations...

Location is great if you don't mind being on the edge of the old town, busy and bustling, little noisy at night. Breakfast optional is European and very healthy which I prefer (not full English) Spa was very clean and adequate also offered massage which I didn't have but was recommended as popular. Handy and very good restaurant The Veranda attached to the Hotel, food and service very good, ate there a few times particularly when it was snowing, 10% discount if your staying in the Kap House.

Just a small gripe, the shower was sometimes cooler than I would like, but i'm a fan of very hot shower. I would still return to this Hotel.

I loved everything about this lovely little hotel - the location just metres from the pedestrianized part of Pirin Street. The mountain views from the room's balcony, the very comfortable bed, the spacious room with an armchair and coffee table, the massage shower. The pool and jacuzzi were always clean and warm, and although a little shy (probably because they are more used to Bulgarian customers than English), the owners/staff were friendly and helpful and used translate on the phone to answer my enquiries when they didn't understand me.
