It is a nice hotel with an amazing main hall with a lot of sofa and a big chimney, creating a friendly area. The food in the half-board choice is very good. The breakfast is at 7.30, a very good hour for skiers. The mushrooms and cheese pie from the restaurant were particularly well cooked. Most of the employees in the restaurant are very attentive and discreet. It is a very clean hotel, towels are changed daily, the bed linen twice a week. The spa area is ok but needs renovation. The plumber was very responsive and turned on the radiator that didn't work initially in the bathroom and also the sink that was dripping a little. The parking area is secured. WiFi is very good. Overall, the hotel is well managed.

Most of the guests being Romanian, it would seem normal that there should be at least one Romanian program on the TV, because it would definitely make them come back, especially those who don't ski. The seals on the windows should be checked, because when it's very cold and windy outside you can feel a draft of cold air inside. It would be good to have towels at the SPA to be used only there, in the sauna, without having to take the ones from the room.

Great location close to the Gondola and town but in a quieter location so not noisy at night. Good selection at breakfast and a lovely warm pool so ease those aching legs after a day on the slopes. The staff were great in the most part (see below). We were offered an early breakfast on the day of our checkout which was a nice touch.

No shower curtain so we kept getting a flooded bathroom, having to mop up the water with our towels. Tried to buy lift passes from the lady based at reception but she was very unhelpful so we got them elsewhere. Jacuzzi out of order for the duration of our stay.

The location is very convenient and the hotel is spacious. There is a great variety of choices in the breakfast and one can also buy the ski pass and exchange money in the reception. It was snowing heavily but the parking space was constantly and quickly cleaned by the hotel.

The spa is somehow not very good preserved and the prices at the bar are a bit high. Eventhough we have specifically requested for a quiet room and we even received a confirmation from the hotel, we were given a room on the first floor, just above the street, where all hotel guests arrive by bus or cars and next to the elevator...

The location is excellent with easy access to the gondola and walking distance to pubs and restaurants area. We also loved the generous breakfast and the proper decorations. Clean rooms and good beds.

It was a little bit noisy due to the fact that all rooms entrance doors are facing the lobby area. Happily, after 10-11 pm everything was carefully shut down by the staff, including all noise. The pool is a little bit small but all in all clean and a good facility.

Beautiful foyer, sofas, pretty fire place, inexpensive bar, huge breakfast buffet selection, kettle in room to make own coffee and there is a fridge. Housekeepers are brilliant. .

Just getting used to the 15 min walk to gondola and back with ski boots and kit each day as did not see the hotel shuttle bus other than once. Bar shuts a bit early if you have visitors (10pm). Some of the hot food is not very hot (beans etc). Need more signs up about not wearing ski boots in hotel.

The breakfast was more or less fine biut the cornflakes and choco balls seemed a liitle stale. Everything else was fine, good choice of pastries, bread and vegetables and fruits.

The Roman bath in the Spa centre did not work all the time. The pool was full of long hairs so maybe the ladies should be encouraged to wear caps or tie their hair up. Also, the children or rather the parents should be told to keep their children away from splashing people or jumping in the pool.

good location and great facilities. Really good choices at breakfast and friendly staff. Pool and Spa facilities were just what we needed after a days skiing and was perfect for the three families in our group. Transfer to gondola and back were always efficient.

The pillows were really uncomfortable but we created our own out of the spare duvet! The rooms were way too hot but we turned down the heating and kept the balcony door slightly open for fresh air. The hot buffet was always luke warm and the tea and coffee machine at breakfast was not great .

Great location, free outdoor parking, impressive design of the lobby, large rooms, great buffet breakfast, money exchange and lift day card services by the reception, easy check-in and-out.

Old furniture, my room on the 5th floor was poorly heated, the pool water was cold, poor coffee quality.

Good location.

1- Breakfast was boring. Dinner was awful !!!!- just don’t eat dinner in the hotel ! 2- The Jacuzzi was out of order during all our stay - 11 days ….. 3- The Apartment we received upon arrival (at 16:00) was not the one we requested- it had the bedroom on a second floor/ gallery. We asked to get the apartment requested but we got it only the next day .

No dishes, no spoons, no forks, just 2 glasses, even the appartment has a kitchenette, you cannot use it without it The hotel has good amenities, but had a better days also... there seems to be no interest in investing
