Brand new rooms. Food is good, fresh with a lot of choices. The staff is helpful and they are putting a lot of effort to have everything in the place(cleaning tables, preparing food/drinks ...). The animation team is great(kids are very happy with the kids corner), well organized, each day they prepare almost a full day of different activities by the pool.

Should extend Wifi coverage and stability. Signal can be very weak in some parts of the day.

We returned to this hotel for the second time, and after renovation it was everything we expected. Obviously there's always room for improvements, but overall it's great value for the money.

There's no lock mechanism on the balcony door handles, so our 2 year old could easily open the door by himself. Had to barricade the door with the table...

Everything was great: the room was beautiful, the bathroom was big, the overall interior of the hotel was beautifully renovated (you can still smell the scent of "new") , the service was great (everyone was smiling, which is an exception for Balkan countries), the food was good, there was some enterntainement. Even if it's not on the actual beach, it does have a private beach area! The sand and water are great. Overall an amazing find.

Minor minor things: the toilet seat was kinda worn down needs changing; as the hotel is on the second line (but it does have a private beach!!) the access to beach is a passage way next to the dumpsters of the neighbouring hotel, quite narrow and a bit gross - I'm not sure if they ca do anything about that. You can also take a longer route on the other side of the neighbouring hotel. On the beach, people "reserve" their loungers from the first hours of the morning - so you need to reach the beach before 11 to catch a seat.

It was great from the start. The check in was fast. The room was great and cleaned every day. There were meals at all times so we could schedule the time at the beach easily.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The towels were changed daily, the double bed was made out of 2 beds next to each other but they were comfortable and the room was maintained. The food was very delicious and diverse each day, plus a good variety of drinks, ice cream and snacks. The restaurant area is big and it has 2 parts(check the snack area). The staff were friendly, the hotel and outside swimming pool were clean and modern. I really appreciate that there was a private beach with free sun beds (few hundred meters away). Overall it was a pleasure to stay here and relax. I do recomand it

Most of the hotel is renovated and it looks very modern, but the indoor pool and jacuzzi were not yet refurbished and it looked really old and not functional(the jacuzzi). You don’t really want to go there, trust me! In the room the toilet was leaking a bit and because the towel holder was glued on the wall it fell down after 2 days( but it was glued back the next day).

The hotel was beautifully renovated and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks available. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location right on Sunny Beach with free beach access was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything exceeded my expectations.

I think this is the best hotel in Sunny Beach in Bulgaria. Everything was really perfect. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind, both in the reception, the restaurant and bars also. Everybody was happy and helpful and it helped us a lot to feel happy and peaceful ourselves during vacation. The beach was close to the hotel( cca.50 meters), they had a lot of sunbed and parasols that we could use free of charge. I can only suggest this hotel for everybody who planned to visit the Sunny Beach

The guy from reception was very professional, very kind!

No hair dryer, only few parking slots; we had a paid parking 10 eur/day No vaccuum for 4 days, no toilet paper in the 2nd day. The worst elevators I ve ever seen. Sun chairs on the beach are free, but be careful that "Marvel Beach" means just 2 rows of sun chairs, the rest are payable!!!
