I liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the food and the location of the hotel, very close to the beach. I saw the sunrise every morning, from the bed, which was superb.

I did not like the bathroom with a bathtub and plastic curtain, the very hot mattress, the very bad service at the bars, the bed quality of the coffee and the beer, the cleanliness of the bar terrace which was non-existent, the sunbeds at the pool which were always occupied by towels without owners, the pavements and stairs outside which was degraded and dangerous. I felt the lack of a private beach area.

Hotel is located in really good location, near bus stop and really close to the beach and city center. Pool is big and heated, but for me water was still to cold. Food was tasty and amount of meals was sufficient. Maybe after 5 days it was a little bit monotonous. A big adventage of this hotel was staff. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and towels are changed daily. This place is definitely worth the price.

Wifi could work better

We received an apartment with sea view instead of a regular room we had paid. Very good and varied food. Great location close to the beach.

the parking isnt free . they should put a clear announce on site with a fee for parking reservation or clearly specify u need to find yourself a private parking

More entertainment in the evening would have been nice. And the food was not that great. Good enough, but some variety would not hurt. The problem with the sun beds at the pool: guests should not be allowed to occupy a sunbed by leaving a towel on it the entire day. Maybe the lifeguard could supervise this

EVERYTHING and this is an understatement: perfect cleanliness, the most delicious foods, the divine freshness of drinks, the view from the terrace, the oversize of rooms, etc.... it was the perfect mini-holiday, far more satisfying than I have ever imagined!

---------- It would be a huge lie to say anything wrong about Golden Line Apart Hotel! And, believe me, I have been in quite a few hotels in Golden Sands!

We came by bus so we needed extra information regarding bus stops and etc...the girl from the reception seemed confused and didn't gave us accuret information. Our check-out was quite early so we asked for lunch box becouse we couldn;t be present on breakfast (breakfast that was paid for if I may add) We got few slices of dry tost, slice of ham, slice of cheese, tomato....This is something you would expect from some some low budget hotel/quest house......Hotel like this that has excellent breakfast/dinner can do soooo much better in this situations

Beautiful clean spacious apartment with balconies with black sea views. Parking available, very friendly staff, kids clubs and things available if needed. Pool, huge breakfast we couple believe how much variety there was. Short walk to the main strip and the sea, beautiful beach, nice restaurants. The apartment had lovely comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms with showers and a bath so really comfortable for a group of us. Well equipped kitchen area.

I liked the personnel - the bartender Angel from the pool bar is the best, but overall everyone was nice and welcoming I enjoyed the variety of food that was offered, not everything was spectacular, but I did eat some good meals and you where to choose from I loved that the pool was heated and the water was warm and good for bathing It is really near the beach, all you have to do is to descend a couple of stairs They do cleaning every single day, change the towels and arrange the beds

The quality of the mattresses, they are not the most comfortable ones Quality of fish and seafood - you would expect at least they would be fresh, not frozen, but that is a matter for the most pretentious tourists The gym was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, there were some outside equipment, but half of it is not really functional Not much wifi signal inside the rooms, but outside there was a very good connection
