A very nice apart-hotel with medium-sized apartments. The location is very good (not in the "first row" of hotels near the boardwalk and beach, which tends to be super noisy, but just behind that, so it's still very close to the beach - about a 5-minute walk downhill), and it has no less than 4 pools which offer diversity and the satisfaction of any sunbathing requirements we had (like shade for the sun-averse but bathing-loving tourists, or kid-friendly pools). Given the time of the year we visited (in September), the water was a bit colder than ideal (around 22 degrees celsius) but we enjoyed it thoroughly anyway. The food is not as diverse as other all-inclusive restaurants in the area, but a notch better. The hotel offered 4 meals per day: breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. I consider the stay here pleasant and can recommend the location. It lives up to its 4 star evaluation and looks as good as the photos.

The staff is probably the only annoying thing here - the cleaning crew woke me up with cleaning calls several times. They saw the key was in the lock and they couldn't open it, they rang the bell once, twice... SIX TIMES and I eventually woke up and opened the door to tell them we obviously did NOT need any cleaning. Very few of them understood English. I did NOT have access to a "do not disturb" sign. We requested a simple extra chair for the terrace and we waited 4 days for it, etc.

The hotel is very nice with a Sumerian style architecture, 4 swimming pools and relaxation areas with vegetation, very kind staff, daily cleaning in the rooms, very good and diversified food.

Paid parking

I LOVE the fact that even if we had 1 double bed, we had 2 blankets, 1 for each of us, so we didn't have to fight over stealing the blanket off eachother. The food was good, the room was cleaned every day, the mattress was very comfortable and the pools were perfect for cooling off. Also a special shoutout for ALEKS from the pool bar for making our stay better and more entertaining! Overall would 100% recommend.

A private beach would have been nice.

Nice Architecture, great cleanliness, pools well maintained. I could say is the most beautiful hotel/complex in golden sands.

Instant coffee is a minus and quite low quality of some products. No fresh juices, but some full of sugars, unhealthy. No variety of fruits, every day same ones. Is appreciated there are seasonal fruits that are fresh, but the options are more to play with like grapes that can be found all around th year, etc. Variety can be better. There is blue cheese, but no nuts or some dried fruits to eat them with. Some food corner for kids is missing, etc. staying few days you won't care, but one week makes you look for some variety when comes to all these. Maybe the hotel is not much kids oriented but the corner for kids with the machines is not always working to insert coins and looks like a dead zone. However the entire hotel and cleanliness worths the stay.

- very nice hotel - family friendly with loots of pools for both adults and kids - food was very diverse with something new to eat every day - close to the beach - 5 minutes walk - the apartment was pretty big and really well equipped - paid parking right in front of the hotel

- nothing significant, maybe just that the Hotel does not have a private beach and when you go to some of the beaches right in front of the hotel the people managing the beaches tell you that they can not rent you sunbeds and umbrella because the beaches are mainly for other hotels customers or if they are willing to rent you sunbeds and umbrellas they are going to rent the ones that are really far that basically hotel customers do not want.

- clean room - the room was soundproof (the best I ever had) - a lot of food. Definitely a lot of choices - the pool for the kids was awesome - the staff was great - wifi connection was great - AC was powerful enough - private parking (20 bgn/day)

- their beach was too far. We didn’t even went there. We had to use the Grifid beach instead because it’s very close. 12 bgn/sunbed/day - couldn’t provide an extra pillow - late checkout wasn’t an option - they changed our towels only once in 5 days even if we left them on the floor to be changed

The hotel is comfortable and has great facilities, it felt like a treat to be staying there. It will is close to the sea front, which we enjoyed waking along everyday and slightly removed from the bustle of the main drag which is welcome, especially in the evening. The rooms are comfortable and cool, it was 32 some days but we never even used the air con. We don't speak Bulgarian so it was useful that most of the staff spoke some English. Finally the salad bar and the fruit were both very very good. We were all inclusive and felt we had good value for money.

There is very little that I can suggest as improvement but just in case it helps: We are veggie and it wasn't alway clear what we could eat, I think we were very much in the minority and we managed but a bit more clarity would have been really helpful. A very small improvement would have been the availability of ice for drinks both from the self service areas and the bars, I had one very warm cocktail whicj wasn't massively enjoyable.

average food. this is the first time for me when a hotel ask a deposit

everything looks amazing from outside, the pools, the building, close to the sea, everything you can wish in a relaxing holiday.

we had 3 rooms, apartment was amazing, and the 2nd room as well but the 3rd one had a problem, inside the studio was one more room, empty and a very bed smell was coming from there, i supposed this meant to be a big bathroom for the future, but was strange (i have attached a picture fyi). however everything else was ok. If you are used to go to All inclusive for the cakes, you will be disappointed in this hotel, you will find just biscuits and fruits. Otherwise the food was really good, not a big variety, not very fancy but you will eat good. Just to let people know, if you have a baby under 2 you won’t find special food for him, everything is done in the same way for kids and adults, you won’t find a special corner with ‘healthy baby food’ so would be better to be ready from home.

Perfect for relaxing, good food, nice and helpful staff, cleaning was done daily. We were upgraded at no cost to a pool view room with a washing machine. Everything goes silent after 23:00 and you can just relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the nice view. The pools are crystal clean and you can find seabeds easily. Parking was plenty and well organised. We will return in the future.

Could do with some atmosphere, there is no ambient music, no special evenings or any sort of activities. Even if they have pools for children, the resort is not oriented to children (no pool rides, slopes just a small playground at the park view side). When it is really crowded waiting times at the restaurant are bigger, also staff has a harder time imposing the hotel rules (people not respecting quiet time or sunbed policy - no reservations) but still enjoyable.
