Very friendly staff. Good value for money. Bed was comfortable and bedroom was very clean.

Phnom Penh is a massive city but this accommodation seemed far from the "city centre". We walked for about 1.5km without finding suitable restaurants. We took tuktuk rides everywhere to see sites. We booked a fan room and it was south facing so it was really warm all day and night. It was difficult to sleep.

the hosts were very friendly, agreed to change the room to a more expensive one, the room was clean, really good atmosphere inside, sometimes there was a pleasant smell of incense

At first I booked a room without air conditioning, but it was impossible to get hot as it is the top floor and the sun heats up the room very much. I would not recommend staying in a room without air conditioning. So I had to take a bigger room with a $4 supplement. Music under the windows from 18 to 21 (for sure on weekends, I don’t know on weekdays). This is very annoying, especially in a non-air conditioned room where you have to open the window. The internet was slow, but that's how it seems in all of Cambodia maybe

Any absolute bargain of ta place if you want to stay in Phnom Penh. Very clean room as well as the bathroom. The host provided me with drinking water whenever I asked. That's a great thing as I didn't need to spend money on drinking water. Plenty of delicious foods to eat around. The wi-fi was really good as well.

The neighborhood is a little shady. I felt a little scared to roam at night. There are plenty of places to eat around, although only BBQs and Hotpots. Not something for a budget solo traveler who's looking for some local food. There is a local market as well as a bigger supermarket just 5 mins away. It's a a really long way from the airport. Wish it was near the center. It isn't in a touristy place so nothing to see around unless you want to walk 4-5 kms.

Very friendly family owners. Room very clean with a good fan and effective insect screens on the windows. Decent Khmer eating places nearby. The best Phnom Penh guesthouse in this price bracket that I have stayed in.

There's a KTV place opposite but it wasn't too loud on the Friday and Saturday nights that we were there. Like many Phnom Penh guesthouses, they offer a three hour rate, although the owner told us that this is rarely used these days.

Personnel nice. Location not too far from everything (tuktuk needed but it's good) Bedroom clean and as described on booking.

It was warmer into the bedroom than outside. But this was our fault as we took a ventilator room and not a AC one

The owner and his family are so lovely and the room was just what we needed as a stop over. The room was clean and the bed was comfy and big.

The room was very hot, although we were aware that there was no aircon and it was in the midst of a heatwave - not the owners fault.

Really really nice people who own the homestay! Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The windows had mosquito nets across which was really good! Bathroom was clean and the shower was good.

Excellent hosts, lovely family ran business. Although it is a little outwith the city centre, it offers excellent opportunities to see up-and-coming areas in Phnom Pehm, such as TTP and Russian Market. As well as being a short tuk-tuk ride to Toul Seng Genocide Museum

The location for me was good as it was close to my workplace. It might be a bit out of the way for some tourists, but the street was very quiet so I slept well in a comfortable, fan-only room. Aircon is not necessary for much of the year. Overnight temperatures are usually low enough as long as there are screened windows that open.

Nothing negative to report. Lots of steps. Good exercise. I was cautioned about mosquitoes as it's the rainy season, but there were none.

A clean, good value and organised property run by a lovely family and out of the tourist zone. The location was more authentically Cambodian but it was just a couple of dollars away from the main action. Really worth it!
