An oasis in the middle of the city - this property is beautiful. The staff was incredible, very welcoming and friendly. Our room had a nice hot shower stocked with soap, clean sheets, a clean towel for each of us, and we felt safe and secure. The iced coffee from the bar is one of the best I’ve ever had! We liked the filtered watered in our mini fridge in glass bottles, with refilling available at any time. We enjoyed the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool. Great location with lots of good restaurants nearby.

AC didn’t get quite as cold as we hoped, the floor of our room looked like it hadn’t been mopped for ages, and the bathroom has an open ceiling to the rest of the room so if you’re not super comfortable with bodily functions in front of your partner then be wary. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, secluded & definitely "Boutique" hotel in Phnom Penh, close to Boeng Keng Kang Market, Bassac Lane, Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum and other attractions. The Breakfast menu was varied and the food excellent. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. MOST of the Rooms overlook the Pool & Courtyard and you should make sure you book one of those.

The overall size of the property doesn't allow for a very large pool but they do make the most of the downstairs space available by filling around the pool with tables, lounge chairs and a bar.

The location is great and the price undeniably good value, both for the room and for the food and drink. Free drinkable water in the fridge in the room is a nice welcome touch. The pool is nice, the courtyard shady, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Noisy area, but I am a light sleeper. There was karaoke locally one night that went on till late. Dogs barking each morning at 5.30 but that could be because the market close by opens at 6. None of this is the hotel's fault of course, it is just a busy area in the city, and others may not be bothered by it - but I was. Being on the ground floor meant I did not feel comfortable opening my shutters so could not have natural daylight in the room in the day. Again, it might just be me, some people seemed to like that they could come in and out of their room right into the pool area, but I was concerned when in the room that the shutter locks seemed flimsy, and not all of them lined up, and then that the sliding door/window bit did not have a lock.

Lovely peaceful hotel in a quiet area but not too far from bars and restaurants. The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the overall feel of the place was very chill.. The staff are young and learning their trade but are very friendly and helpful. Ty on reception has good English and works really hard to make sure you are having a good stay. Good work team.. Keep it up 😊😊👍

Everything was fine however the pool is much smaller than it appears in pictures and due to this there is not room for many sunbeds.

This is a great "travelers" hotel. Not fancy but has a refreshing pool, good beds and ac, cold refrigerator, and a super helpful Khymer staff! Limited menus but very good breakfast. It's a block away from a large local market, modern grocery store, liquor store, and atm. My wife and I ended up coming back to it 3 different times because it had the right feel and "balance" to it. Not too fancy but clean with a genuinely friendly staff and fellow travelers we could relate to.

It could use a more extensive menus.

The hotel is located just back side of BKK1 market in a very nice neighborhood with clean roads and beautiful private villas. You can easily reach restaurants, supermarkets, and all facilities located in BKK1. The hotel is cozy, with a nice and clean swimming pool. We stayed in an eco room, and I would say it is above the average for the price paid and the location: small, but well decorated and clean. To praise their sustainability efforts, from refillable glass bottles in the minibar, and refill stations at each floor to the great Kambio amenities. The staff we met were friendly, professional, and always with a beautiful smile.

- room as expected - I like the soap and shampoo smell - pool was a little small but cute, has a lot of sunlight too - staff was easy going and helped me print out my evisa paper

- the lift was broken so we had to use the stairs (3rd/4th floor I forgot). It was very do able for us as we only have backpack. but maybe it's different if you have big lugage.

This hotel is near BBK1 market and other restaurants on St 57. Also, it's just a short walk to many cafes and restos on St 51. It's amazingly quiet even though it is smack in the middle of the city. Being eco friendly means that their reception/dining area is an open space, with no AC and that their hot water system uses solar. I like that each room has large window with a view over the small swimming pool.

The hotel needs a new paint job as the ceiling has quite a few brown water spots.

Quiet , well maintained hotel in the Phnom Penh. Good layout of the common area and the room was nice. Staff was very friendly. If they didn't understand English they went and had sômeone who did. Restaurant food was good and again the staff were friendly. Needed a tuk tuk and they helped me arrange that.

Personal preference I like a lot of sunshine in my room. The ground floor was mỏre shaded. But that was not a dislike, just a preference of mine.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Really nice French vibe. The staff were all lovely, spoke pretty good English and were very helpful. The food and drinks were also great.

The laundry service took too long and the clothes came back the morning we were leaving, still damp. Maybe not their fault as they use an outside service, but quite inconvenient as we had to pack damp clothes into our bags and had to wash it all again.
