The main highlight of my stay at Anjali was definitely the staff: from the tuk-tuk driver, to the front desk, to the cleaning and restaurant staff, all were amazingly firndly and welcoming. The front desk staff (Cheng Hing and Annie) went out of their way to make sure every need was met, while the restaurant staff (Daro) did the exact same. The tuk-tuk driver (Chhlen) was super friendly and helpful. Best-in-class service! Other highlights include the swimming pool but, more importantly, the restaurant. The menu is spectacular and the food was beyond excellent. Great overall experience and highly recommended.

Delightful - but that is not all! Anjali by Syphon was by far our best hotel experience. Not only was it filled with great hospitality and kind staff but we were also amazed with the level of comfort and facilities it offered. Anjali was a delightful oasis amidst Siem Reap. Our spa experience was one of a kind, the swimming pool was unique in that it was set amongst nature and the breakfast was excellent with both buffet and a la carte options being included in the price. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming, especially Thida who looked after us during our stay. An experience not to be missed. Would 100% recommend.

The hotel was perfect for us with very nice facilities, the pool in the garden is particularly nice in the heat of the day. The staff were exceptional, VERY friendly and helped us in every way, nothing was a problem to them and we learnt a lot from them with good advice about exploring the area. The hotels 18:30 daily transport into the city for dining/exploring the city nightlife was very much appreciated. If you are tired as we were some nights after a big day, a meal in the hotel is very nice with a great menu on offer with great service. Breakfast is also very good to start the day. The hotel is in an uncongested area, with a beautifull garden, and would be our choice again visiting Siem Reap. We would highly recommend the Anjali to anyone wanting a relaxed and interesting stay. absolutely everything. 1. the staff were incredible. they were so attentive and helpful we couldn’t have asked for anything more. to collecting you from the airport, sorting excursions(they provided us with bikes) to the tiny details! they love their job and it shows. 2. the greenery of the property was absolutely stunning, I loved the hotel design and the rooms interior design. it was kept so clean with house keeping twice a day! 3. the pool was beautiful, especially after a very long hot day. I particularly loved the pool as the greenery provided a lovely shade! 4. breakfast/food and dining services were exceptional. breakfast was always brilliant, food was delicious. drinks always freezing. would recommend this hotel over and over again

Our best hotel stay during our 3 weeks holiday in Laos and Cambodia. Set in the midst of greenery, it is a good place to relax after a day of visiting temples with cold towels offered upon our return. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. All the staff speak good English and are very helpful especially Annie at the reception. Breakfast is delicious and generous and the croissants and chocolate breads are like those in France. It is outside the city centre but a tuk tuk bring you there in 10-15mn. We would be happy to come back again.

Everything. The hotel is surrounded by lush vegetation and it has an eerie vibe. It was relatively empty as it was low season and it was the perfect place to reach Angkor Wat. It was also great to come back and just chill by the pool. The food at the restaurant was great; and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. It is not in the most active part of Siem Reap but that for me was not a problem.

Never have I experienced customer service so consistently and by every member of staff they way I have here. You are always greeted with a smile and the staff go up and beyond to make sure your stay is the best. The hotel is beautiful and very well looked after and very calming. Food is well planned and prepared to perfection accommodating my pescatarian requests. Had a 90 minute massage yesterday that was exceptional waking up this morning completely ache and pain free in a long time.

We loved everything, the wonderful design of the hotel itself, all the lovely details, the amazing pool area and the clean and beautiful rooms. The breakfast was great. We had dinner once and really enjoyed it. The staff and the manager treated us so nicely, the service was wonderful. They arranged the sunrise tour to angkor wat temple and an English speaking guide who gave us a perfect tour with information about culture, food and nature. We highly recommend staying at Anjali, you will have an exceptional stay!

Absolutely nothing not to like!

Boutique style hotel with superior customer service and excellent food (great selection of dishes and wine menu; small but wonderful breakfast buffet). All staff were extremely friendly and super-attentive (particularly Hon has been an absolute pleasure to deal with - no question too difficult, no request too much; Hun from the restaurant staff team demonstrated one of the best service attitudes ever experienced in a hotel; the ladies at the Spa delivered stunning massages!). We would always return eyes closed and recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Siem Reap for a few days. Anjali Hotel provides outstanding value and we hope it stays this way!

Nothing - this hotel is near perfect and the place to stay when in Siem Reap

My friend and I stayed at Anjali for 5 nights and had a great experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very attentive and helpful. They helped us with everything from ordering buss tickets, arranging tours and suggesting activities and restaurants, while always being very friendly. The rooms were cleaned twice a day and we got free water throughout the stay. The hotel is also relatively close to Ankor Wat. The location is great if you want to be a bit outside the city center while close enough to go in for dinner/lunch etc. The hotel breakfast is good and allows you to choose between western and Asian breakfast. Would very much recommend anyone going to siem reap to stay here.
