We were able book an adjoining room with little notice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety. Sheets were clean, pillows were comfortable, lots of towels and liked the available soaps.

The hotel is visibly outdated/in need of touchups The door in the bathroom had chiped paint on the bottom, the TV would get really weird static when looking at the Menu. The tiles on the pool ladder were loose and moved when the kids climbed out of the pool We were told the beds were Queens but clearly they were doubles.

Breakfast was excellent. Very good variety of food and seating space. Suggest toaster and rack with bread and bagels be swapped. Toaster right in corner means access to hot dishes is partially blocked by person waiting for toaster too finish.

Reception desk was unmanned often when looking for assistance. Wet floor sign left seemingly permanently in elevator? Set thermostat too 67 and noisy fan in unit “never” shut off?

I drove right by the hotel as I didn’t see the sign….it was not well enough marked from the road. I had to go and turn around and come back to the entrance. Also, I would have appreciated a recycle bin in the room so recyclables didn’t have to go into the garbage. We took our recycles away with us to dispose of properly.

Elevator was a bit concerning at times. very slow and no certification shown as per inspection schedule and dates.

unfortunately, house keeping allow the heavy doors to each room, to slam behind them. This happens about thirty to forty times, within 35 min. then they move to another hall, can still hear the eco, of slams. additionally, the house keeping are very heavy heeled walkers, over head of my room, was very loud, huge stomps. added stress, to my stay. it’s unfortunate, that housekeeping hasn’t been trained or supervised, in a way that would easily prevent this from occurring. this is a great place to stay, if you can handle the noise from slamming doors, and stomps overhead. I hope they fix this, as I travel often to Calgary for medical thanks, all the best .

The hotel and room were very clean, our room was great for my family (2 adults, 3 kids), great value for the price. The breakfast was good with decent options. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot, we were there during the week so we had the pool to ourselves.

The bathroom lights were really bright, a second switch or a dimmer would help. Other than that no complaints!

Breakfast was great. Service was great when I was there right till the check out. The person at check seem unpleasant with me made me feel unwelcome. Yet the staff before where awesome with the service and pleasant manner. Very helpful!

Your front desk girl was one of the best costumer service providers I have ever delt with ever and saw her dealing with everyone else the same way. I suggest you give her a raise to keep her as the first person your customers deal with coming and going! 😊👌

The rooms did not seem that sound proof. Otherwise everything was great.

There was no list of restaurants or amenities nearby. And no room service from what we could tell.

The front staff were absolutely amazing! The facilities were just as good , the rooms were clean, the swimming pool was warm, clean and large - the slide was fast! The room was very large compared to most hotel rooms.
