Great location. Suite was comfortable with all amenities.

Cleanliness. Opened the oven and it was extremely dirty sand smelled awful so we couldn't use it. Grease above the microwave on cupboard doors. Not sure when the ledges in bathroom was last cleaned. Used several Lysol wipes to clean it. Corners in the shower weren't clean. Several months worth of brochures stacked up beside fireplace.

It was an unexpected pleasure to see how much room we had, it was very clean, nice and quite. I would definitely stay there again! We ordered food from the restaurant in the lodge which was very tasty too!

I should have read my email better..all the direction were there, but I missed the WIFI password so we used the open Shaw.. no big deal though, everything else was good!

I loved the shower. the bathroom was roomy. the location was great and it was very clean.

It was hard to see in the bathroom because some light bulbs were burned out and there wasn’t any cream for coffee. Water glasses might’ve held 4oz. I recommend a few items to make it feel a little more stocked like new glass wear, including wine glasses.

Easy checkin process, great heated parking lot and was very nice to have everything we pretty much needed to cook dinner (including a BBQ). The hot tub was excellent and was a nice way to finish our day.

The bedroom linens where laundered with very scented detergent. I am sensitive to scents and this made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Loved the fireplace next to the window. The shower was devine and general place was exceptional. Cafe across the road, chinese restaurant downstairs and outside hot tub a define plus.Definitely stay again

Might have been a bit dusty as my allergies were playing up. Was clean and tidy.

I was in town for a wedding at the Canmore Ranch and then the reception at the Cornerstone theatre. This location was excellent for both venues. The room was very clean and excellent value for the money (at least considering todays inflated prices on everything!).

Did not rate the staff because virtually no contact with staff. Place was all it was described to be. Very good to have all the self catering kitchen facilities.

Perfect location. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good underground parking and a great hot-tub!

Great location, really good facilities such as the washing machine and dryer. Perfect if you are staying for a few days.

The kettle was not clean, so used a saucepan to make a tea.
