Great location. Super friendly staff. Very clean room with big tv and walk in shower!!

Pool area was small and couldn’t use when we wanted to because it was already full. Nobody ever came in to empty garbage, or give fresh towels :(. Also our room was on the main floor with a view of the garbage bins. The views didn’t really matter as much but it was very loud when people were using the garbage

Breakfast,room service,bed , clean space for the family, staff Very nice, and accommodation perfect, location easy access, Pool, exercise room very equipment for all types of exercise. Food very good and hot.

A great location if you are accessing the West End, like West Edmonton Mall or the Valley Zoo. Very close to restaurants and a Wal Mart right behind it if you need supplies for the family. The rooms were a good size. Breakfast was excellent every day. The pool is a great size for younger families. The rooms are accessible - the doors to the bathroom were large enough to accommodate a wheelchair and there are railings on the low tub and shower. This is a nice touch for families too.

Our room was in a bit of a noisy spot next to a central HVAC unit, so we got loud low hum from time to time through the night. The comforters on the bed were quite thick for a summer stay. They were a layered puzzle of sheets and blankets, so the kids made a mess of them quickly. While the bathrooms were large and accommodating, there was no towel bar to hang towels close to the shower or for hands - kids need to wash up.

The pillows and there was no air conditioning in room. It would just start for a second then would start again. Was very hot in room.

This is her second visit to this location and we will be looking for many more in the future We truly enjoyed our stay nothing really that we found any disliking about the best I could suggest is replaced a little coolers in the fridge with actual refrigerators as the ones in the rooms now do not keep the drinks very cool

Room was clean, pillows are plump and mattress is comfortable.

Swimming pool and are wasn’t that clean. Had to call 3 times the room service to send up wine glasses.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. We liked the location, not too far from the highway, the shopping mall is just behind.

Clean. Value for money. Very comfortable bed (my boyfriend had a back injury so he is bery particular with beds) He said it was very comfortable, and he basically had good sleep which is what he needs because we will need to travel 10 more hours after.

Breakfast can be included but It was affordable anyway, I wasn’t a big breakfast person although I would love to put something in my stomach before a big travel. Free coffee on the lounge for people who are not into eating breakfast.
