Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton West

A great location if you are accessing the West End, like West Edmonton Mall or the Valley Zoo. Very close to restaurants and a Wal Mart right behind it if you need supplies for the family. The rooms were a good size. Breakfast was excellent every day. The pool is a great size for younger families. The rooms are accessible - the doors to the bathroom were large enough to accommodate a wheelchair and there are railings on the low tub and shower. This is a nice touch for families too.

Our room was in a bit of a noisy spot next to a central HVAC unit, so we got loud low hum from time to time through the night. The comforters on the bed were quite thick for a summer stay. They were a layered puzzle of sheets and blankets, so the kids made a mess of them quickly. While the bathrooms were large and accommodating, there was no towel bar to hang towels close to the shower or for hands - kids need to wash up.

Pool area was small and couldn’t use when we wanted to because it was already full. Nobody ever came in to empty garbage, or give fresh towels :(. Also our room was on the main floor with a view of the garbage bins. The views didn’t really matter as much but it was very loud when people were using the garbage

Clean. Value for money. Very comfortable bed (my boyfriend had a back injury so he is bery particular with beds) He said it was very comfortable, and he basically had good sleep which is what he needs because we will need to travel 10 more hours after.

Breakfast can be included but It was affordable anyway, I wasn’t a big breakfast person although I would love to put something in my stomach before a big travel. Free coffee on the lounge for people who are not into eating breakfast.

The location is convenient on the west side of Edmonton, just off the Anthony Hendey, ring route for the city. The hotel location has numerous options for restaurants, and very close to West Edmonton Mall, the largest shopping center in N. America. The hotel is new, nicely appointed and the staff were excellent and accomodated my requests to move to another room. The move was related the extremely cold temperatures (unusual) and a truck that was outside that needed its heating system on.

Nothing. With the ongoing pandemic, this hotel, like many other parts of the service industry have been hard hit. With limited travel opportunities, this property is a great option for local travel. Edmonton has a myriad of activities and places to explore and the city has become world class with its infrastructure, art galleries, museums and a breathtaking downtown.

Great hotel. Staff are very covid aware. Always masked. Only one negative is that I found the dining area where the free breakfast was located is very congested way too small of an area considering covid. We chose to use the other restaurant and pay for our breakfast

Very friendly staff! Very clean. Great shower and bathroom. Super comfortable bed. Smart TV so you can connect to your own streaming accounts. Right on the west side. No need to drive through town if you come from the north west direction.

The breakfast was not bad but there were no healthy options such as fruit, yoghurt. The waffles were excellent!!

The pillows and there was no air conditioning in room. It would just start for a second then would start again. Was very hot in room.

Beautiful and clean. Many businesses located right behind the location.
