Breakfast was very well organized and well prepared. We enjoyed freshly made to order omelette, coffee, juice, toasts and yogurt. There are bananas and apples, too. Staff were very nice and even the hotel manager came to greet us at table.

Other guests' voices from hallways are noisy enough from inside our room. Behind bed headboard we could hear next door guests' voices in the middle of night. Traffic noise was loud, too. We still managed to sleep well, but if you are a shallow sleeper, just be aware of the noise.

Great breakfast and breakfast staff specifically Mr. Kalum & Mr. Susantha ( I couldn’t remember his name but he was the one making omelettes ) were really friendly and hard working. Hats off to them specifically working on during this pandemic but nothing giving excellent customer service. Also the hotels looks so modern and clean everything looks perfect. Love my room and that lil kitchenette has everything. Oh wanna go back again 😞 . Front staff screw up with our reservation first and someone came and fix it but they were nice and helpful , will definitely come back again . Cheers from Vancouver 🍾

When I called to make sure about my room type the one who spoke on the phone ( sounds like a Philippines lady ) is bit rude like she don’t wanna give any information and her sound like pls go somewhere else so I was very nervous and upset to go to this place but I am pretty sure she wasn’t the one who was checking us in so I was pleased 😄

Friendly and professional staff. Front desk person was perfect and breakfast team was exceptionally nice and helpful. Delicious complementary breakfast with made to order omelette, sausage, hush brown, toast and beverages such as coffee, tea and juice. Eating area was spacious and clean. Room was clean and very modern. Bathroom with good shower head. Bed was medium firm and comfy. Good size TV with Netflix and cable channels. Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, coffee/ hot water maker, small sink with 2 taps ( 1 with Culligun water filter ), dishwash detergent, sponge, dish cloth, wine bottle opener, cuttling board and toaster. Didn’t hear any noise from other rooms and guests.

Only one way roads to get in. A little bit of noise from roads beside. A few strands of hair inside bathroom sink drawer.

I took my two teenage daughters on a little getaway to do some shopping. Element did not disappoint as our place to crash once we were finished shopping. The room was exactly like it was advertised. So spacious. We each of us had our own comfy bed (one was on the hide a bed). Though we were a bit disappointed to find out we were on the main floor just off of the lobby we were not disappointed long. There was little noise from the lobby (even during breakfast service). Breakfast was amazing with eggs to order and a nice seating area to enjoy the food.

The only negative was the noise from the road right behind the hotel. There was a lot of traffic from the freeway a couple blocks away which was not nearly as bad as the cars that raced down the one way road behind the hotel.

Hotel staff was amazing! Super kind and great customer service! Was an amazing experience. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel because of how friendly the staff was and the pool was average size but with a big hot tub. Kid friendly. Close to the west Edmonton mall.

The parking lot was the only issue. The parking lot was very small but they did have an underground parking and it was great but then again it was tight fitting but then again it could have been since I had a bit vehicle. Not complaining but it was a great overall experience

The staff were lovely and professional. We liked the hotel aesthetic; the decor. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The store was quite well stocked. Breakfast looked and smelled delicious. Check in and check out were easy and quick. The price was excellent!

There were no towels available in the pool room at 9 am and after asking 3 different staff to help us get towels in the pool room, and after waiting 20 more minutes we returned to our room dripping wet and too late to make it to breakfast. We were told they had fully booked both hotels and that staff were working hard to get towels washed and dried.

Kitchenette was great, room was spacious. Breakfast was convenient with good choices. Everyone loved the waffles with fruit and whipped cream!

I prefer a warm room and the location of the vent (up near ceiling) along with the preset temperature that I couldn't not seem to over ride made the room colder than I prefer.

It was superb! I personally liked that someone is doing your omelet. And you can customize it according to your liking. It was one of the best buffet I ever hard! Food is always fresh and staff are always accommodating! Keep it up!

Nothing so far as everything looks great for me. I can't say anything more. I would say I am satisfied.

It exceeded our expectations! Our room is so clean, and we are so amazed with what's belongs in our room, from the dishwasher sponge and even dish soap, clean microwaveand big fridge with freezer! It also have induction cooktop. Our room is also so spacious, i requested a cot for my niece and again exceeded what i expected. We used the pool and hot tub for 45mins which is good enough for us. Breakfast are awesome as well. Super nice staff! Will recommend this to everyone who will come to Edmonton or even just for staycations like what we did! Its also near Walmart! This is my 2nd stay and honestly this hotel doesn't fail. Cleanliness was great, although my friends found hair on the floor (understanding its a pet friendly hotel) but thats all good. The best part in this hotel is having NETFLIX!! So great! And the view is great!! I stayed with my family the first time and they said that its a great hotel very spacious. Honestly, I wont stay at a different hotel anymore, I will always check in here from now on. 🤗🤗🤗🤗❤️ BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING PERIOD. They cook it in front of you, and it tastes delicious!! Staff were very nice and helpful!
