The location, the rooms were good size, the air-conditioning was pretty old age but worked fine. The amenities were overall good. The lady at the breakfast buffet was a superwoman. She single handedly catered to all the guests, made us waffles, refilled all the food containers, and kept the area clean and tidy.

The carpets require steam cleaning. There could have been more options in the breakfast. I wish they had more options like omellete, boiled eggs.

Very clean rooms. Looked like they were newly refinished. Updated furniture and headboards. Ample parking, we were able to park against the building close to an exterior door near our room. Hardwood flooring in bedroom so no icky carpet that has had who knows what all on it. Bedding and towels were bright white and in perfect fluffy condition. Bathroom was clean. 10/10 would recommend. We were there for a quick overnight stay so did not use the other amenities

convenient location to West Edmonton Mall, shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast was good and helped the budget for our family holiday. Good value for the money spent.

Room was too hot at night and the temperature could not be controlled. when trying to turn the heater - to cool it failed to work and shut off so we had to open the window even though it’s winter. That made it a noisy sleep and the window froze open and could not be shut.

My son and I stayed in room 123. It was very clean, the beds were awesome - best sleep, the room was quiet, the TV was large with plenty of channels, Wi-Fi worked great, and there is ample parking stalls available with multiple entrances to the building.

Coffee is terrible and the breakfasts as a whole weren't very good. We should have gone to the Dennys across the street. No lounge/pub. No swimming pool.

For the price this was great. Comfortable bed, barely heard anything from other guests. Had convenient charging ports on desk and bedside table alarm clock. Also the alarm clock allowed me to completely dim the display to off so bonus points there as far as I’m concerned. The breakfast was simple but good. It’s nice that they change up the hot options from day to day so there’s some variety.

Parking lot is pretty beat up and could use some patching/re-paving.

great location, close to everything needed

there was a sketchy person roaming the back parking lots (this can happen anywhere. just make sure to lock your vehicle.), in between the vehicles checking if they were locked. security was able to get the man to leave without a timely fashion.

Reception very helpful with the booking mix up on the booking that did not register on the system .thank you Amanda for yoir help . Clean well lit spacious .coffee area . Good a hotel with USB charging ports at the wall and near bed areas thank you for that alarm clock with usb ports please..very good touch small detail but good . Thoughtful

Bath towels could be better .not soft plush comfortable . Better quality shampoo conditioner please. Breakfast ...

The eggs and bacon had no taste but considering the amount of people you serve I believe the food comes in bulk from somewhere. The beds could have been better a little sore but the rooms were good

I like how quite the hotel and I love the laminated floor. The breakfast is ok and the frontdesk staff are pleasant. It was an enjoyable stay and we will definitely be staying again in our future travel.
