Great location, a very short walk to the restaurants, cafes etc. Very close to the supermarket. The staff were professional. Parking onsite was very convenient. There was space every time I parked, although the car park looked like it might not be big enough during busy the hotel's periods.

The room was a bit noisy in a few respects. The train of course (the same as most places in Jasper), but also any conversations in the adjacent room were quite audible at night. The price felt on the high side, but Jasper is quite expensive. Somehow it didn't feel like the most welcoming place I've stayed in Canada, but I can't quite put my finger on why..

Good location, easy walk down the street to restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable good size room. Nice to receive a phone call after check in to see that everything was okay with the room. Restaurant onsite looked lovely but we didn’t eat there. Noisy opposite the train line but air con drowned out the noise. Nesters supermarket next door we bought sandwiches/drinks for the next days Icefield Parkway drive. Maligne Canyon not far out of Jasper was incredible, free and not to be missed. We felt far more impressive that Johnston canyon.

Noisy air con but it drowned out the noise of the trains.

The room had a large and comfortable bed. Clean and quiet. The check-in was smooth with friendly staff.

There were a couple things which should be improved. The rooms don't guarantee a parking space and the parking lot is super tight. They had cranes parked in spaces which seemed like a waste given no workmen. When asking staff for advice when parking lots were full, we were incorrectly advised to park at the parking lot opposite as it belonged to the hotel and was 'overflow' and the following day was told in order to park there, we had to pay. Super confusing.

The Crimson Jasper is centrally located in the village of Jasper, Alberta where it is close to all the amenities a tourist will require. It contains a licensed restaurant which is very expensive and we declined to eat there after reviewing the dinner meal prices. Within a 7 minute walk from the hotel, we discovered several affordable restaurants and later on watched the NHL Stanley Cup hockey playoffs in the Jasper Brewing Company establishment with a few craft beers. Great atmosphere and would highly recommend it for the thirsty pallet.

Unfortunately, the Crimson Jasper is located across the street from the CN Railroad train station where the trains are constantly traveling through the village and continuously wake you up while you're sleeping. I would definitely recommend wearing ear plugs when you go to sleep in the evening hours after 10:00 PM.

Walked in, coffee pod still sitting in the keurig. But rest of the room was decent. Parking, is limited not enough spots for all & is tight for spacing. We have a larger vehicle and was able to make it work. Did park on the street one evening, but if after 9pm & gone before 9am you good! Location, easy walking to rest of the town, Pet Friendly!!!

See above, not what we disliked, just something to be aware of. Also, seems places are no longer putting a bowl or bed for your 4-legged companions (but r charging more...

Location, very comfy beds and pillows, small kitchenette. Front desk staff were warm and friendly upon arrival and graciously did not charge us for the first night we were reserved due to us not being able to make it after being bumped from a flight and arriving almost 12 hours later than scheduled in Calgary. This meant a great deal to us!

Bathroom was very small and outdated, lack of privacy in patio, construction on facility during our stay, large construction vehicles in small parking lots.

We booked a king size room but was unaware that it didn’t have a balcony. We were able to access our room early and called the front desk to see if we could change to a room with a balcony. The young woman at reception asked us to wait a few minutes and called back that she had found us a better room and would be up to take us there and exchange keys. The room we stayed in was much bigger, had a balcony and a kitchen. We enjoyed the Happy Hour at Terra as well. Really nice staff. Location is great as well.

The gem of this hotel was the restaurant, Terra, where we had an exquisitely prepared dinner and breakfast the next morning. The food is locally sourced. Now about the hotel: While it is an older facility-it was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony view. One morning large male moose walked by. It was elegant with a large handsome rack. The hotel is a few blocks from the center of town but near enough to walk to shops. We would be happy to stay here again!

Very little. We enjoyed our stay here. Please try the Terra restaurant if you are in Jasper or staying at the Crimson.

Our room came with a full kitchen and since we're very indecisive people we just went to the grocery store and stuck with a meal plan. We also brought our dog with us and since she's picky with where she goes for the bathroom (has to be grassy or at least not on paved walkways) it was very convenient that we had a room with a a grassy spot just right around the corner. The room had so much space for our dogs to walk around in and play her toys.

Maybe a bit of an upgrade with the tv where I may be able to connect my phone for streaming?

the property was excellent! booking falsely advertised the rate. I should have screen shot the price prior to checking in. Upon checking in I didn’t bother to ask the rate and it very cold outside at the time we were more worried about handicap accessible parking. I just went with the rate that I had clicked on 4 days prior to. I was very unhappy upon checking out to find out it wasn’t 113.00 total it amounted to 189.00. Booking wouldn’t honour that rate.

The property was fine it’s too close to the train though.
