The selection for breakfast was good although it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit available...bananas, apples etc... The staff were very friendly and helpful especially with figuring out the tv and hairdryer..plus when my room key needed to be reset .It was a nice quiet hotel...the location was perfect as I didn't have a car ...

The tv connection kept loosening the signal ...which one of the staff showed me what to do...the hot tub wasn't working /filled until my last night..fridge wasn't plugged in when I arrived and I had items that needed refrigeration...which that was easily solved ..the room cards were always needing to be fixed as they were very sensitive..

exceptional stay. Staff were very accommodating to me and helping my family get rooms at last minute. Location is nearly perfect.

Only negative we struggled with was having to walk all the way around outside on one of the windiest days in alberta with blowing snow cause we had a petfriendly room. If i didn’t have a toddler and infant it wouldn’t have been such a pain

Great, warm pool, clean room, smaller than expected, but it was cozy. Good breakfast with lots of options.

It was noisy with the pool being so close to the door of our room, but it was expected. I do wish they enforced the 10 o'clock closing time, but it was quiet not too long after.

Hotel was excellent. Considering what we paid, we got a lot. Rooms were comfortable and clean. There was breakfast, a hot tub and a swimming pool. Have paid an awful lot more than that in some locations, namely Banff, and not got half what we got here. We would certainly stay there again.

The swimming pool and breakfast for the price was a nice deal. The staff was very friendly.

The pool was closed for a few hours, but it was fixed before the closing. The breakfast needs sausage and bacon, but it's still good for the price. The facility itself needs updating.

Was in town for a local event and wanting somewhere reasonably priced to stay, the proximity to the event was fantastic and even though the rooms are a little dated they were clean and the staff was accommodating.

I unfortunately left my vehicle unlocked overnight and someone went through it and stole a couple pairs of sunglasses, mainly my mistake and lesson learned.

The location was fabulous. Rooms were spacious. The view outside was outstanding. There was an indoor pool for grandchildren to swim. Room included a warm breakfast which was good. Happy with stay and will definitely stay there again.

It had a great overall feeling.

The waterfall feature by the pool wasn’t operating. Would have been awesome to see it.. but nothing bad without.

The room was spacious, the view of the Lethbridge Train Bridge from the parking lot was stunning, and the staff were helpful.

Great place to stay. Nice courtyard with swimming pool and hot tub. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was good.
