The overall cleanliness of the place was fairly decent; I quite liked the provision of Watkins shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom shower. I liked the air conditioning levels, especially during the night; it helped me to sleep better.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, the lack of food selection was a let down. The pancake machine was out of order, and the overall condition of the dining room and serving area was not great. There were dirty dishes everywhere and the tables were not being cleaned at all; we ended sitting at a dirty table to eat, since we had no choice.

The staff person who checked me in was very friendly and helpful and efficient. The hotel seemed brand new. We were traveling with a dog and she gave us a room on the first floor right near the side exit, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless and designed to be aesthetically pleasing. I loved the built-in bench for our luggage and the hooks to hang jackets on. The beds were incredibly comfortable and bathroom was spacious with a great shower. We had breakfast in the morning -- it was tasty with a lot of hot and cold options.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was very clean and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable. Check in and out was seamless. The location was only 5 mins from where I had to work all weekend, which was convenient for me. No complaints whatsoever! Probably one of the best stays I've had in a while, and I travel a decent amount for work.

Breakfast was great! Except fresh berries for pancakes would have been better. Location perfect as we were going to a wedding at the Norland. Pool was great too!

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Those really need to be improved with better mattresses. Maybe a Murphy bed instead of sofa beds.

Very difficult to find even a small fault with this hotel. Still very newly built and well kept. Price was reasonable. Free buffet breakfast was excellent, (for North American standards) the extra care taken in preparation was noticeable. Best Holiday Inn I have stayed at yet out of about 50.

location was excellent. breakfast was good and staff were awesome about refilling items as they emptied

the fire alarm went off at 5:50:am. the pool was super crowded and noisy 3rd though they took bookings for time. only 1 elevator worked, due to back ordered parts, which made it a long wait if you used th3 elevator.

Standard off the highway hotel l. Very clean. Staff were helpful and very nice. Breakfast was a bonus.

The ambience is lacking but it’s what you get in a facility like this.

Beds super comfy as usual. Loved that the pool had a shallow area for my toddler to play. I actually liked that you had to book your pool time as it made it nice and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves in the afternoon. Breakfast was delicious and area was very clean.

Great breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious. Wednesday included BBQ was certainly a bonus! We will certainly return here.

bathroom floor was not clean. Privacy blinds in the pool area would be appreciated. Pool area clock could have new batteries.

Breakfast bar staff- one of the staff is not very accommodating, I understand the new set up due to pandemic but we felt a bit intimidated and uncomfortable asking for food. I asked for 2 sets of French toast for my son and daughter then when I ask if I could get sausage and eggs she commented that oh you're getting for 3 people. Why would she assume that kids only want French toast for breakfast? Asked for 4pcs sausages and she only give 2 pcs. Please be considerate knowing that breakfast is the first meal of the day before heading back home or to start your day. It wasn't a pleasant breakfast experience at all for my family. Tiniest tub I ever seen.
