Great location, 5 minutes walk to the " Spitz " ball field. Great restaurant and bar, all the servers were friendly and chatty. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker good.

The room was quite small and the pillows lumpy. A ' musty ' smell when we arrived, but opened the window and all was good. Housekeeping didn't replace tea bags or paper coffee cups. Didn't like paper coffee cups.

The room was spacious, and was the best value for money we’ve spent on a hotel in a long while. Very clean, no weird smells. The ballroom where the wedding we were attending was held is absolutely gorgeous. All around a really enjoyable stay!

If I had to be nit picky, the carpets can be dizzying, but that’s just a design choice.

Comfortable, clean rooms and facilities. Close to where we needed to go.

Rooms are somewhat dated and drab. The free bath toiletries are not good quality, have seen much better quality sustainable toiletry options in other hotels. Body lotion in particular was an unpleasant texture -- very thankful we brought our own.

The bed was big and comfy, tv worked, and the staff was friendly.

We didn't have an actual warm blanket, it was a flat sheet and one of those odd feeling very thin blankets topped with another flat sheet. The bathroom walls, ceiling, and corners of the floor were definitely not cleaned.

It was quite, a great location room was nice, the adjoining restaurant was excellent and the beds were comfortable

The hot tub was down for repair there was no safe in room, bathroom counter was quite small for three people have stuff laid out, the lamp plug did not work to be able to charge phones and use for medical devices

the room itself and the washroom was very small, not suitable if you have a busy toddler. the elevator was also very small, we barely fit 2 adults and our toddler’s stroller

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Location was perfect for our purposes, we were there to visit the Japanese Gardens and the nearby park. Only a couple of blocks to walk and carry our fold-up chairs and blankets, to watch the Canada Day fireworks.

The room door is very near the bed and we could hear every sound in the hallway.

Very nice hotel! Really good value, it's not overpriced but also due to the price it was a pleasant surprise how lovely it is. Everything is modern and tastefully decorated.

It was rather frustrating that there were no towels at the pool! We had to walk back through the hotel to our room on the other side while sopping wet. I was not impressed about that. There was nothing to indicate to bring our own towels to the pool, however there were a couple people in the pool who did have towels from the pool area. Really wasn't too impressed about that experience.

The friendliest lady that checked us in started the exceptional stay at your hotel. She smiled and chatted like we were friends. I WILL BE BACK. This is a perfect hotel. Clean, comfortable beds and the best pillows. Thank you.

There is nothing I can put into this box. There is nothing negative that I can say. Keep up the good work

property was fantastic one of the best I’ve stayed in staff was fantastic, when I actually got to room, it wasn’t what I had booked, phone front desk, and was handled right away restaurant very nice, would definitely recommend to any one, I know that is where I will be staying, on my next to lefthbridge

the pool and hot tub could of been better, it was overcrowded, full of screaming kids, and hot tub, didn’t work great, so I skipped that part
