Overall the best aspect of the room was how clean it was. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The bed was nice and huge, I had access to plenty of outlets for my electronics and a decent internet connection.

I think what threw me off the most was just how cheap the toilet paper was. It was practically see-threw and I'm really glad I brought me own. Maybe it's a strange complaint but after paying a solid buck, seeing how well maintained everything was I was surprised to see a TP quality equal to a gas station bathroom.

Location was perfect, the staff were pleasant and helpful, it had a warm and inviting feel when you entered the lobby, the bed was comfortable, the shower was really nice with lots of pressure, the real coffee mugs in the room was a nice touch over those flimsy cardboard ones we have gotten so many other places, the in room coffee was tasty aswell.

The walls seemed a little thin, we could hear our neighbors when they went in their bathroom as in their conversation and when they were using the toilet also when they ran their water as in getting a shower it sounded like the water was left running in our shower, not really a bad problem unless your neighbors are late nighters lol and we are not.

the front desk lady was a huge help. apparently, they only accept credit cards for damage deposits, and it should’ve been stated somewhere on booking.com but I couldn’t find it anywhere, nor was I ever prompted with that information by the site. I prepaid for the room, and she accommodated me despite hotel policy which I was super appreciative of. Over all I had nothing but a positive experience with the hotel itself, the site however could use a bit of a work over to avoid miscommunications like that in the future

Everything. The staff was terrific, friendly and helpful. The room and bed was very comfortable and way over our expectations. The breakfast was absolutely great and a very extensive menu. We would highly recommend this hotel. The room rate was value plus!!

The staff were very friendly & obliging. We loved the breakfast and the exceptional friendly lady that looks after breakfast is a huge asset to your business 😊 She made a point of going to everyone’s table and asking if they needed anything and if they were enjoying their stay. As well as she asked if it was a special occasion which for us it was our grandson graduation from University. That goes a long way. I love your brick work in the rooms and very comfortable bed. 😊

I can’t say anything negative

The property is well-located for my purpose (visiting my Mother). The rooms are large and comfortable. WIFI is good. Breakfast is plentiful and there is something for everyone. The front desk staff are pleasant & efficient.

Unfortunately, first impressions of the hotel are not great, visually. The lobby rugs look dirty but are likely just old and need replacing. Luckily I have stayed here before and look beyond this. The plentiful parking and front desk welcome help to mitigate this first impression.

It was walking distance to my parent’s home so it was very convenient

The parking was a bit tight, but considering the age of the development it would have been suitable for back then. Looks like Starbuck’s took up part of the parking lot.

Staff were great, clean facilities, good location with parking. Beds were comfortable, it was cool in the rooms for September but they did something with the boiler and it was quite comfortable. Breakfast included, waffles, scrambled eggs with sausage patties, cereal, toast, fruit and yogurt, tea, coffee and juice.

Rooms were cool but management had this issue resolved.

I have stayed here many times and always return as I feel safe and comfortable here. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The king room which my husband and I stayed in this visit was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a sitting area and a desk. The room had a coffee/tea centre as well as a fridge, TV and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but dated and could use some renovations. The breakfast offers lots of choice. The staff have. been so compassionate as my husband and I have a very sick son in the hospital. We are staying here for a week at a time.

It would be nice if some renovations could be done especially in the bathrooms.

Good solid hotel that is well taken care of and clean. It was extremely cold during our stay and plug-ins were available.

The coffee was terrible! Seemed like it was brewed at half strength, and I really appreciate a good coffee in the morning. Had to leave the property on a very cold morning to find real coffee.
