Very nice property in the small town of Redwater. We chose this hotel due to location, which was half-way to our final destination of Ft. McMurray and price for the room. We had a very comfortable one night stay and would come back again anytime we are wanted to break-up the trip between our home and Ft. McMurray. The room was large and included a full-size couch to relax on. Excellent TV and Wi fi.

Our first room had a small plumbing issue. It was looked at for correction, but, management moved us to an alternate room instead of us having to deal with the problem. Our recommendation is to check your assigned room before unpacking and settling in.

Every thing in our room was so good and a punjabi boy on night duty he was very friendly and have excellent skills to deal with a customer, we like the way he deal with us which makes our stay more enjoyable . We are really impressed by his job but I don’t know his name he was on his shift Sunday night.

It’s located far from city

The location was perfect for me. It was close to the family I was visiting. It was also close to a grocery store, pharmacy, and other conveniences like that. The room was a suite so it had a small kitchen in it. This helped with preparing our own meals. It even had a dishwasher! There were laundry facilities in the hotel, but I didn't need to use them.

The room could have been stocked better with things like toilet paper, kleenex, soap, shampoo, towels, extra blanket, etc.

Beautiful hotel! Well equipped kitchen area with full fridge, cooktop & dishwasher. Comfortable beds with nice linens.

Checkin staff were unfriendly & not well trained so checkin was slow with your too much paperwork. Staff was not well acquainted with the area & were not able to answer questions or give directions.

No breakfast(covid), very helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, clean, quite. All good, would definitely stay here again. Staff allowed me to bring my small dog, which was appreciated. Disappointed staff did not put on coffee in the lobby, but there was a small coffee maker in the room. Interestingly enough, there is nowhere to get breakfast in town, with the exception of Tim/H, just down the street.

This hotel is excellent value for money. I had an early morning appointment in Edmonton (coming in from Fort McMurray) and overnighted here; it is clean, comfortable, and the room was bigger than you normally get. Quiet location.

Nice big open room, comfy bed and the full size fridge is always a bonus.

Our room was right above the front doors, and the whole room shakes everytime the automatic doors open/close.

Clean, comfortable beds and overall cleanliness of the room. It's the main reason I stay here. I like having access to the computer in the lobby 24/7.

The table and counter tops were very dirty from cooking and the table not being washed down properly. To be fair, couldn't see the dirt, but could sure feel it. Musty smell, probably from being closed up due to covid. Drawers could have used a quick wipe out. Would prefer a few more channels on the t.v.

Very basic but very clean. Really liked having a small kitchen suite in the room. Room temperature easy to control.

Some minor maintenance required in room and advised front desk on check out.

Room well equipped. towels and garbage changed daily.

Lady at front desk seemed very uptight and couldn’t be bothered. First convo with her was like she was annoyed. 2nd convo was like she wanted me to go look for a housekeeper for my needs instead of her doing it. Too me that is just too much to ignore. The guy on the night shift was pleasant and helpful thou.
