room was clean and tv was good size bed was comfortable and PILLOWS SMELLED CLEAN which is awesome had fridge and microwave so very convenient this hotel USED to have terrible reviews but lately 8/10 and 9/10 so we thought we would try it and it was a great surprise how much it has been cleaned up and is now a "super" Super 8

some paint peeling in bathroom but shower worked great couldn't really adjust room temperature properly but it wasn't terrible

Everything about the hotel was to my liking, with the exception of being woken due to loud guests in the hall outside my room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is excellent for being close to Edmonton, and close to restaurants, fuel stations, and Costco. I hate the prices being charged by hotels for overnight stays, but relative to so many other properties, this location was reasonable.

Rude guests, which isn't really the fault of the hotel. Guests that couldn't abide by the quiet time, which meant I was startled awake in the middle of the night.

tv services were something else, the tv was in French and when you tried to change channels you only got snow, there was no channel list in the room was looking for information about the area as in restaurants, entrainment, etc. - did not realize there was a QR code on the hallway mirror to scan for this information. Not a very good location for this to be displayed, or at less tell the customer where to find this information

Great access off the hiway. Very close to a Tims, Dennys and gas bar. Clean, bright, fresh, new! The layout of the rooms/hallways, front desk, elevator/stairs access was ideal. BREAKFAST - THE BEST WE'VE EVER BEEN OFFERED AT A SUPER 8 !!! Great variety. Breakfast hours are to 10 instead of 9, that was sooo helpful. Veteran Parking! Along side the handicap spot. My husband was very impressed. Convenient idea to have a Smittys right in the same building. Happy we went with This location, thanks to previous reviews !

The front desk staff was amazing. Qucik check in and no problem when leaving.

We had a long drive and were looking forward to having a nice relaxing evening in the lounge. We sat down, the bar tender/wait staff looked directly at us, then walked away. We waited over 10 minutes to see if she would come and take our order, no such luck. When we were walking out, she was sitting with someone at the little restaurant that was closed. Not impressed at all. Would not go there again.

good value, handy location, helpful staff

I was awakened at 6:45 am by a dispute across the hall involving a lot of screaming and physical violence. I called the front desk as it escalated. I could hear a woman screaming for help, so I went over and pounded on the door. The male in the room then allowed the female to exit. she sat on the hallway floor, against the wall, sobbing. The front desk attendant and the breakfast lady showed up and escorted her away. An hour later as I left my room to check out, I could hear the same woman, screaming and crying again in the room across the hall. it wasn’t a very enjoyable way to wake up.

Smokers. Though non smoking room the smell of cigarette smoke is in the bathroom fan. My guess somebody in another room thinks he could pull a fast one and smoke in their bathroom with fan on which sends the stink to other bathrooms thru out the hotel

The breakfast bar. The location was easy to get to and easy for the boyfriend to get to work.

The beds were uncomfortable, barely any sleeping for the 2 days that we were there. Small beds you have to pay to upgrade to queens, but when you book online, you choose queen beds but don't receive the beds that are chosen.

The front desk staff were SO friendly and helpful! Room size was larger than I expected and very clean. Loved the bed - so comfortable Location was close to restaurants, gas station, freeway, shopping.

The old heater was loud, but for the cost, it was still worth it.

Rooms were very roomy, A/C worked, room was clean and beds were super comfy - do you sell those pillows??? I need them!!!

Breakfast was okay… fresh fruit would be nice, maybe some muffins? A water bottle fill station would be really nice, especially since many bottles won’t fit under the sink faucet. :)
