Hampton Inn by Hilton Edmonton/Sherwood Park

The view from our room was over a pond and was good for bird watching. The weight room was good.There are malls and restaurants nearby and walking\cycling trails. The staff were lovely.

The room had only paper cups: yuk! There was no notepad and pen. The breakfast was okay; better than average but not what I remembered from other Hamptons.

New, big room, room and washroom well designed, very good complimentary breakfast

For the two rooms we occupied, the doors do not automatically close…we had to pull the doors to ensure that they are closed…this is very un-usual compared to other hotels where I have stayed recently and also in the past where the doors of the rooms would automatically close

'Light breakfast' was in fact plentiful with many choices all of which were very tasty. Tea and coffee available in the lounge all day. Very helpful staff dealt with our requests in a friendly and efficient way. The small lake is picturesque, our room had a view of the lake, was large and had two queen size beds.Towels and toiletries not skimped on.

The breakfast was good the location was ok, The room was very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. We would stay there again.

The one thing that was not pleasant was that the plumbing main stack was boxed off in our bathroom and the sound of water coming down the pipes was like a train passing. They should have insulated the space to keep the sound down.

Party in the great room till well after midnight, travelling with a pet, put dog on edge , called front desk about noise seemed to calm down half hour later

The location is awesome (near lots of shops and restaurants) and the hotel was nice. We appreciated the discount to the connected restaurant — our food was great!

Didn’t have the greatest parking lot for large vehicles with trailers, but we were able to park in a vacant field in front of the hotel without any issues!

Great location! Just off yellowhead. Nice view of pond. Clean hotel Friendly staff. I was there for 3 nights on business. Lots of shops near the hotel. Very comfortable. Had everything I needed.

It was very clean.

The hot tub had some yucky stuff in it, definitely needs to have the water changed. Also the blinds in my room didn’t close all the way. Street light inside all night.

Location close to major highway, comfortable beds, very clean, affable staff, nice pool & exercise facility, good free breakfast, on site restaurant/lounge.

My only concern is that the pool side tiles are very slippery. I’m surprised the hotel has not seen this as a real possible liability re guest injury. Anyone with even slightly impaired mobility should take extreme care when using the otherwise very nice pool & hot tub.

The breakfast was really great! Eating area was kept clean and the food was terrific. I particularly liked the omelette and waffles

We didn’t have any comfortable chairs in the room which would have been nice, but as we mostly were just there to sleep, it was ok.
