Very friendly, thoughtful staff. Breakfast very good selection. Excellent rooms. Pool & Hot tub are a added bonus. Very clean & hospitable hotel.

There are lots of travellers, probably lots if families & children, making the cloth benches in breakfast area food stained. These should be shampooed regularly or changed to cleanable fabric.

Excellent rooms, comfy and staff were so friendly! Awesome buffet brekkie every morning and swim/hot tub.

The pool was not able to be used sometimes because the sister hotel- comfort inn- was booked out and they needed our pool space for private swim lesson classes.

Traveling for medical reasons

Booked for one night early and tried to add a night. It cost me an extra 70 dollars to add a night why??? Had to pay cause was all medical appointments, I live 3 hours away was I gonna sleep in my vehicle? We stay at the inn every couple if months for personal and medical reasons.

It is located next to the Centennial Center where we were attending a festival. Early check in and luggage storage were happily accommodated. Breakfast included. Newer room with a really big tub.

The breakfast didn't have most of the items described over the phone. No waffles/pancakes, no sausage, eggs or bacon. No waterslide, small pool, but clean. Would recommend for short stay or business.

All good in my stay.

The morning desk clerk ignored my presence. Minor point but these young people require training and follow-up in customer service........to greet passers-by coming through lobby..... not staring down at her "google screen". Check-in staff was excellent!

the hotel was clean, the room was a nice size, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathtub was nice and deep ... the breakfast was great and being attached to Montana's is also a bonus.. the conference room is nice and large and good for functions ..

the pool is a little small

Room was clean (for hotel standards), large and fresh smelling. Housekeeping came every day

Breakfast -had choices but typical either overcooked or undercooked scrambled eggs. Found room and bathroom too dark -need more lighting

Front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, The room was very clean and had especially nice bathing facilities -- an in-room Jacuzzi as well as a spacious shower. The Jacuzzi especially was wonderfully relaxing! In-room coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave were all very nice touches. We really enjoyed our stay and "getaway," a real treat for us during Covid times.

The television was strangely small for the size of the room and distance from the bed, so we ended up not using it. One bedside lamp and one desk lamp had burned-out bulbs. Ultimately none of this distracted from our stay, as the room was very nice overall and we can watch TV any time. :)

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and easy chair, a desk area, and handy amenities like mini fridge and coffee maker. The shower and separate jetted tub were both outstanding. This was our second stay at this hotel and we've been impressed both times with the comfortable lodging and friendly staff.

The room could use some softer lighting options on side walls or possibly standing lamps -- it felt too bright with overhead lights on, too dark without them. This is a minor quibble about a very nice room, however.

Pool & hot tub were great!

Not much to do within walking distance... but had fun once we drove downtown and checked out the parks. Would've been nice to be able to rent E-bikes somehow to explore easier...
