Elegant modern hotel - was build to be a Hyatt. Allowed early check in as the room was ready - I'd gone to store my luggage while I waited for the 4pm check in time but the receptionist let me in early. I liked the room set up with a sectional sofa. Location is great as it's a 9 min walk from central station. 24 hour gym and a huge hot tub.

There were two hairs on the bed sheet which made me wonder if it was freshly made. The fabric of the bed sheet was a little bobbly in places. I'm not sure I got much information about check out time or breakfast hours. I couldnt see any info in my room on this. In the end, I didnt eat in the hotel. Took me time to find the hot tub controls. There were no clean towels for use at the hot tub.

We came to Edmonton for the Oilers playoffs and wanted to be close enough to downtown to get there by foot. The Hilton was super close to Rogers (10 minute ish walk) and other places as well downtown. I use a wheelchair and had asked for a room close to the elevator and was provided that with an amazing room, super spacious and at an amazing rate compared to other downtown hotels with newer and nicer amenities. Everything was extremely clean and there were no funky smells in the room. I would 1000% stay here again next time I come to Edmonton.

Right now Canada is going through an opioid crisis and there are many shelters as homeless encampments nearby. This isn’t the fault of the hotel and nor should it drive you away from this fantastic gem. Just be smart and safe when going out at night just like any other city.

This is our first time staying with double Tree hotel by Hilton. Hotel facility is very clean and excellent location to access Edmonton convention Center. Great restaurant menu, wonderful Floir, Belinda and Liliia in dining lounge. Also, amazing customer service personnel Mustafa help me with my luggages on day of arrival.property accommodations facilities have large hot tub area & well equipped fitness centre. We attended our company annual convention in Canada.

Elevator malfunction, and bathroom vanity mirror lights does not work that mounted on the wall. And homeless passed out on sidewalk nearby.

Our room was a great size. The bed was super comfortable and there was so much counter space in the bathroom!! 😍 A/C was wonderful.

The fridge in our room wouldn't get cold... very frustrating as we had some things we needed cold. The bathroom door was weird (sliding frosted glass door). One of the closet doors wouldn't latch, and the drawers in the chest of drawers were very sticky. We went to the restaurant for breakfast one morning... Yikes. The food was okay but the service was very poor.

Everything from entering in through the main doors to check out. The staff in the restaurant/lounge have great customer service skills and very helpful, as we were there for the first time. The décor, trendy and the room, comfortable as well as clean and spacious.

Parking. The 'provided' underground parking was extra $ and not well identified - just awkward for first time patrons. Make sure the location is correct if using an online 'taxi' service.

the restaurant had good food and I like that I could order it to my room, open late too, close to everything like malls, really liked the snack bar in the lobby.

the sheets had a slightly funny smell and the walls near the door could have been wiped off (did it myself) because there was makeup like substance on it. minor inconvenience though.

This hotel is a great location and choice for travelers from Calgary for events at Commonwealth, especially if you are able to walk for half an hour to save the cab or bus challenge. The hotel is funky and new. I did not take in the breakfast, but the lounge/restaurant provided decent priced options for dinner.

I know paying for parking is common in a lot of hotels, but it would have been nice to have this included given how much the room cost was. Also, there wasn't enough staff to handle the restaurant patrons who needed to eat and get out to the Garth Brooks concert quickly and didn't want stadium food. Checking in did go smoothly for me as we arrived right at 4:00 pm. Access to the parking garage is a strange angle. I'm not sure I would navigate that with a pickup truck, but there is an imPark surface lot right beside the hotel as an option.

The room had two queen beds and a hide a bed couch that had a divider, so whoever was sleeping in the morning could continue to sleep while the other people in the room could get up, turn the light on and do some work on the computer without interrupting the person still sleeping. The view of the river, downtown and City of Edmonton was very nice. Our window faced the West. The location was convenient for access to both downtown and the University of Alberta / Stollerley Children's Hospital / Whyte Avenue area. Staff were very accommodating.

The booking.com booking did not include parking, which is an additional $28 a night or you have the option of parking across the street on a first come, first serve basis. The pillows weren't very supportive. If you can, it would be worth bringing your own pillows. (It depends if you like a supportive pillow or if you are okay with pillows that end up being very thin.

The workers were so friendly and helpful especially the bellman or security I am not sure which one he was; however, he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He helped me find my room after a very long day and went back to help my husband gather our bags and brought them up; I wish I knew his name so we can send a tip back to him. Then in the morning I needed a microwave to warm my baby bottle because the room didn’t include one, I called the front desk to ask about it; within 10 minutes I heard a knock at the door with a microwave. 100/100 definitely would recommend double tree by Hilton in Edmonton downtown to anyone. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!

Beautiful hotel. Room was way bigger then expected, for the price. I was very blown away by this. Other hotels charge double for the room I had. Very clean, well taken care of. Very modern. I really liked the style of the bathroom doors and layout of the room. Comfy couch with a hide a bed. Also pretty quiet. The lounge is really nice, with lots of comfy seating!! Decent menu and reasonably priced. Cheaper then some restaurants.

Parking is not included, which is okay but the current price is really expensive. No vending machine, we got in late from a concert. Considering there are no close restaurants that would of been nice since room service/lounge is closed at 10/10:30
