The staff were incredible.

At the pool, there was 1 instructor teaching community children how to swim, she was really hard on my children and even made one of them cry. We left one day earlier than planned bc I didn't want to have to deal with her My 5 children are special needs and do not get life like most kids. One thing they love is swimming, but bc they were touching her toys, she got upset and when I tried to explain them to her, she told me I was bullying her. That was a big disappointment to us.

Great location! Super clean rooms with a lot of space. Easy location, close to anything needed.

The fact that the hotel did not check in on the pool's usage when there were 4 children all under age 10 with very little parental supervision, extremely loud and disrestpectful of others around them. I was present in the pool with my 8 year old and no other parent/adult were present for the other 4 children, including one that was not yet able to swim (wearing floatation device, between 2-3 years of age).

The location worked for us to be close to family. It’s very easy to get to off of the highway. The A/C was amazing! We stayed in room 401 and it had a separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms and a little kitchenette. The king sized bed was sooo comfy and it had 5 large fluffy pillows. Extremely comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to Safeway and several restaurants.

The first room we stayed in was close to smoking rooms and you could certainly smell the smoke at times. The Power Plant Grill restaurant in the hotel was not very good. Luckily there are several other restaurants close by.

Excellent value of your money. This was location perfectly for everything you needed to walk to and drive to. The beds were very comfortable.

There was a smell of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. I suspect because people around our room were smoking. The floor wasn’t very clean but everything else was excellent. Only enough plates and cutlery for 4 people even though it sleeps 6

Well, the breakfast was out of this world. I had pancakes with berries and whipped cream with bacon on the side, enough to feed an army. Brought my husband a big part of the pancakes home. He loved them too. While I was there I found a fabulous new hairdresser and had a great haircut oh and also pampered myself at a nail salon. I was there from Onoway just for some alone time.

Unfortunately I kept having problems with my door keys and each time I had to walk back and forth from room 279. There were a couple of staff in the restaurant that need an attitude adjustment, if you want to be in the serving business, then you must have a smile on your face and not be rude

The location was good for us, just off the Yellowhead and very easy to get to. The room was very clean and very spacious. The A/C was fantastic! We enjoyed the most comfortable king sized bed with huge fluffy pillows. McDonalds, Safeway, and other restaurants just a short walk away. Lots of free parking.

They have some smoking rooms and a couple times, you could smell faint smoke in our non-smoking room. Make sure your non-smoking room is far away. The on site restaurant was not good at all. Luckily, other options close by.

I liked being able to park right in front of our door to make it easy unloading and loading lights. I liked the comfortable furniture and the space, that the maintenance guy came promptly to replace the nightlight in the bathroom, the cleanliness, and that the window opened.

There was a second door to our room that opened into the hallway, and cooking smells from the restaurant came in when we opened the door.

The staff was great

I was not impressed with having to put a deposit of $400. down as a deposit when the following week I was in downtown Burnaby BC and only had to put $50. down as a deposit. Doesn`t that seem strange to you? Otherwise I was very happen with my room etc!

our door wouldn’t latch properly and someone was in our room we thought it was a cleaner but no beds or towels were changed nothing was taken as I think the kids startled her and she left ! As well hot tub was broke done and pool water is stale .. when kids and I walked to the pool the halls stunk like smoke and drugs

Pull out sofa is absolutely awful. My back is still hurting from sleeping on it. Could use an upgrade or memory foam. Everything was great but the sleep which kinda made it disappointing
