Travelodge by Wyndham Spruce Grove

The breakfast was excellent. It tasted delicious the variety in food choices was exceptional,and the presentation and set up also very good.The only drawback was that the dishes were very cold and that made the food cool off a little too quick. The weather outside was so cold so it was understandable that the dishes were cold.

The plates and cups were cold, At first we didn't have internet but that was quickly rectified.We appreciated so very much to have a sofa, an arm chair, a writing desk and chair. Also the little fridge and microwave. Being able to have a room where you can sit up to watch TV write or read is very important to us. We could regulate our own thermostat. That was nice.

The pancake station was unique. The staff who looked after the breakfast station where exeptional.

The breakfast was fine but it was the same everyday. Scrambled or fried eggs would have been a nice change instead of omelete or boiled eggs, also baked beans or tomatoes could be added.

The room was mostly clean however the floor were not very clean, especially the bathroom floor. I don't feel the bathroom floors have been wiped well for some time. I wore my shoes the entire time in the room as my feet got sticky walking around without.

The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options. All employees are polite and welcoming. The area is convenient for shopping and is approximately a 15-minute drive to Edmonton's downtown.

The bathroom's ventilation system was ineffective. It didn't seem to work.

I was upgraded? to a room with no tub. when asked if I could have a tub I was told only if you downgrade and pay more. I got the room so I could have a hot bath after a long day of hiking… 👎👎👎

Staff was exceptional. Location was great as we were there for our granddaughter's graduation and it was near her home and the venues as well as restaurants to meet for dinner. Breakfast was very good except the posted time was to 11:00 AM, but it closed up at 10:00 AM. Fine once we knew the timing as the breakfast was great.

The staff were excellent. Professional and welcoming. The lady looking after the breakfast is exceptional. She quickly looked after anyone asking a question. The food was very well laid out and she kept the tables, etc spotless. Nothing was allowed to run out.

Location was great, next lots of restaurants and shopping! Breakfast was good but same both days. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Would definitely stay again

Propriety is closed off around the hotel and one side faces the back of a strip mall with a small ally behind it where I saw people hanging around well after closing time next to the hotel parking lot. Car had no valuables in it other then the car itself!! Had no issues during stay

Clean facility with friendly staff.

My only complaint is that parking lot was small and we couldn’t find parking late evening. We had to park in a neighbouring business parking lot with a note on our dash saying we were Travelodge guests.

Breakfast is superb as the hotel has many varieties. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is situated within a walking distance to WalMart, Superstore, Safeway. There are also a number of restaurants within a walking distance from the hotel.
