I loved the front desk staff that greeted me. Unfortunately, I did not get his name but he was so excited that we were there. They way he welcome me and my family was very sincere. He made me feel I booked at the right place. In the morning I called front desk to ask for an hour later check out and the gentleman that answered was pleasant on the phone and was happy to accommodate us. And during check out he was on point. He was dealing with a check out before me, helped me and assisted someone on the phone all within minutes without making me feel rushed out.

The entrance to and reception area was not very impressive. Felt more like a motel reception. But that was minimized moments after we were received such a warm sincere greeting from the gentleman at the front desk.

Our rooms were clean, easy to get to . The staff - both front desk and housekeeping were friendly and competent. Parking was easy and always available. It was nice having hot water in the lobby and being able to walk indoors to the White Spot on site.

We asked for 3 rooms close to each other and had 2 on one floor, the 3rd 2 floors down. The restaurant was closed Saturday for a private function but we had no advance notification of that.

Hotel was very clean. Rooms are newer and up to date furnishing. Has a white spot in the hotel and you get a discount on dinner and breakfast which was nice:) overall good hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like is it smells outside of the hotel like cow poop and you can kinda smell it at times in the room. But wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

The staff were great! Very helpful and accommodating! The cot we requested was not in our room when we arrived. The front desk agent had it to us within 5 minute with extra towels and water, so thoughtful thinking ahead!! Well done!

If I had to pick something i guess the highway noise, but what do you do.

Clean. Pillows were comfy, staff was very pleasant, hot tub was good 🙂

Bed could have been a little softer, and a better breakfast. You only get a 25% card off white spot.. but is definitely one of the better places in Abbotsford to stay.

The pool was awesome and the showers had good pressure. the AC and room fan worked well, the fan stays constantly on so you're not woken up every 20 minutes.

The beds were incredibly hard and springy. It was difficult to get comfortable.

White Spot breakfast was great, and receiving 25% off food items was an unexpected treat. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed the swim and relaxation. Fitness room looked good too, although we didn't use this. We arrived very early and wanted to just drop our bag off, but room was ready immediately - appreciated this.

The pool was a nice bonus. Breakfast was great. Great service. Quick check in. Discounted meals at white spot.

The room could have been cleaner. Found old food behind the dresser and the bathroom smelled and the floor was dirty. Could not bolt the deadbolt.

Convenient location next to Highway 1 Very helpful staff even when we asked to check out a bit later they allowed it without extra cost The room and facilities were clean and easily accessible (we also used the swimming pool)

Right off the bat, the staff was super friendly and made me feel at ease right away. It was CLEAN and easily accessible plenty of parking. Housekeeping was always prompt with our requests and very respectful of social distancing. I wish I could remember the wonderful ladies name, she was training with Jim when I checked and they both were fantastic!

It wasn’t a problem for me, but the south side of the hotel is right on the highway and the noise may be a problem for some people.
