The hotel is very conveniently located for those who go into Canada from the US and want to avoid the traffic of Vancouver. It is only a few miles from the border crossing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast spread has good choice.

The entry driveway into this hotel is a turnoff before the hotel sign becomes visible. Once you miss the turn, getting back requires some interesting moves. Parking is not near the rooms. If you book using an online travel agency, the hotel will not allow any changes to the booking and you will have to go through the agency.

The facility was super clean, well manicured and maintained. It was a pleasure to stay here! Ed, the employee who checked me, showed Great patience, Understanding, empathy as I tries to resolve a credit card issue. Es also st me up to receive points for stays. He represents you very well and made me feel confident and comfortable as the challenge I was having unfolded. I greatly Appreciated the support I Received and the time afforded to Me. Ed went far beyond what would be reasonable to Expect. My gratitude and appreciation are Sincere! Ill be back And will Recommend tour Hotel readily!

Location was great. rooms were good. wifi was strong.

Breakfast was good except they provided mini cheese omelets most mornings instead of scrambled eggs which would have been preferable. Too much air freshener used in the rooms, it was overwhelming and we had to keep a window open. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, One male staff member was rude and inappropriate. I was offended and this impacts my decision to stay at this hotel in the future.

Good parking. Lots of nearby fast food options. Fairly quiet. Really great breakfast room with lots of options. Pool and hot tub were good. I would say it's a comfortable (not luxurious) family hotel. We were there with two grandchildren and it was very pleasant.

The room seemed a bit small for two double beds. Google maps took us to the back of the hotel down a dead end side street - not the fault of the hotel obviously.

Breakfast was till 10am,as we were tierd we went at 9.45 am but half the food items were over by then and the staff didn't bother to replenish the food despite request

Breakfast was OK but the use of paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery wasn't good. Also our clothes smelt badly of food after visiting the breakfast room, which wasn't pleasant.

Location was ideal for us at the intersection of two main roads. The continental breakfast was good as far as continental breakfasts go, lots of choices. White Spot restaurant was handy for lunches.

Shower/toilet room was quite small, difficult to move around in for older folks like us.

the Breakfast was great and a great selection of food. Marylyn was a great hosts and she kept the place well stocked and clean.

all was great so I would say keep it up.

The staff was very friendly. My friend forgot her phone charger (iPhone) and I have an android so she couldn't use mine. We asked at the desk if they had loaner chargers and you didn't but the desk agent let her borrow her own personal one so she could get juiced back up.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Close to the US/Canada border crossing. We were going for our Nexus interview and wanted to be close to the border. And they offered a great breakfast included in cost.
