Location was great, right beside the highway and near the sumas border. Didn't end up staying and had to cancel. The front desk agent was very understanding and helpful and ensured i got a full refund

The room did not look like the pictures on booking.com. the toilet was broken, there was a hole the size of my head in the bathroom ceiling, and spiderwebs. As a solo female traveller i wasn't comfortable staying because of that. And even though the location is great, there was an empty lot across the road where people were camped that added to my uncomfortability in staying.

affordable, decent location - next to Walmart, dining, McDonald’s, and very close to arena. (which is why we were there for rockzilla) I was concerned because I was a mom going alone with her young sons and after booking learned about the tent city across the street and heard it was really bad. but I had zero issues I didn’t see anyone outside of the camp, it was dramatically nicer than I was expecting and I felt safe. room was clean, there was lots of tv options so the kids were happy, it was pretty sound proof I didn’t hear any outside noise at all and I’m generally a very light sleeper. I’d stay here again. it’s obviously not a high end hotel and there are low income people living in the hotel but I felt very comfortable and safe

it says continental breakfast, which wasn’t included and I read they gave Tim’s cards but we didn’t get that either but McDonald’s is across the street so we just grabbed that ourselves.

Had no breakfast and no room service, alas! Bought expensive vending machine snacks. Dicey neighborhood, with one unsavory character hanging around, but I felt safe. Staff and other guests were usually around.

Room service would have helped. Voucher for restaurant across the parking lot. Hotel was no where near full, so I could have been placed in a room without guests above. As it turned out the walked around, and a child ran around upstairs all night. With the volume of activity, I felt like I was inder the night shifts workroom... sad face.

Excellent location.

Sure wished the swimming pool and hot tub were open. As a retired hotel controller I was expecting a 10% discount on my room rate but was told as I booked on line, it was not possible to allow a 10% discount. Was told that to receive the 10% discount, you have to book directly with the hotel.

I liked having the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room. It was close to most stores, Tim Hortons next door, close to hospital.

Bathroom was in need of an upgrade, shower curtain was old and needed a fresh new one. Bed was comfy but on the squeaky side.

Stayed here for a concert, location was good. Decent place. Certainly nothing spectacular but didn’t need it to be.

Pretty pricey for this type of room. Definitely not a terrible place, but the price. Over valued by at least 80$. (Likey 100$)

I liked the location. Some good restaurants around. Seen that there was an indoor pool.

The mattresses weren’t that great but ok enough to sleep on. The restaurant beside the hotel looked a bit run down.

My key card didn't work the 1 morning. Quickly fixed. Staff super friendly.

Loud neighbor. Screaming at 1am. It was a guest. Not someone from around there !

Convenience to the airport, Wi-fi and free parking.

Smoking in the initial room despite the no-smoking request . Two of us have a smoking allergy. Staff honoured our request and moved us to another room.
