Suite was nice. Gym was large and amazing. We appreciate that they called us back when we forgot something in the room!

The gym- We did not know that it was a couple of buildings down. The lobby really could have used some music - It was just really too quiet and thus bland. Customer service was quite Bland when we first got there after a long travel we were hoping for a little more friendliness and outgoingness.

The room was clean and comfortable as usual. The price was excellent for a 1 bedroom suite. I always stay here when I go up to Lynden. A great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding small towns. And so close to Canada.

This time , I found an unclean bowl in a cupboard . Also, the internet went down the second night around 5 pm. and was not fixed till the next morning.

The condo was in an ideal location for our travels. Close to restaurants, shops and a short drive to Bellingham. Also, a delightful area to walk in the neighborhoods with lots of flowers and trees. Would definitely stay at this facility again.

We had a large suite, clean and very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the spa, went everyday.

Last time we stayed the bathroom had a steam bath, not available in this room. The elevator was out of order, husband has a bad knee, hard to walk up and down stairs.

WE did not eat breakfast as we ate breakfast at my son's house. I like the homely feeling and the roomingness of your facility. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

I was disappointed that the elevator did not work. However, that is not your fault as things break down at times.

The beds were extremely comfortable; the side wall heaters were very noisy during the night snd compromised my sleep. The heaters were three feet from the bed, consequently very noisy. I was never able to figure out how toturn off the system! No sleep for two nights

Great view over golf course with Mt Baker and Twin Sisters Mnts. Also loved the equipped kitchenette. Good blackout blinds kept the room dark even though the sun rose early.

Office hours were very limited. When I first arrived, the checking location and process was not obvious.

Resort facility with golf course. Large studio room with full kitchen, comfortable king bed and larger flat screen tv. Facilities & room were very clean and well decorated. Parking was right out front. Separate fitness facility with workout room, large swimming pool and two hot tubs. Outstanding restaurant next door. Very comfortable stay.

No breakfast because of Covid 19 even though it is advertised on Booking.com. I thought bathroom was really cramped compared to room size. A large person would have to squeeze into counter/toilet area to close door and if you sat on toilet first, your legs would block the door from being closed. For such nice facility & fixtures, that was a poor design of space in the unit.

Beautiful,comfortable beds. Quiet, except for the howling wind. Plenty of amenities.

Would have preferred the office to be staffed for later and earlier. Had to leave event we were at to accommodate.

Quiet, the bed/pillows were comfortable...unusually clean. The decor was pleasant and there was more than enough room. We only stayed one night but are plotting to visit the area again and stay here for a few nights.

Pleased...nothing negative to report
