Our host was very friendly and knowledgeable when he interacted with guests at breakfast. The breakfast and Lattes were very well prepared, and presented. The set up in the breakfast area was great, I met and chatted with interesting travelers on both mornings. I was a bit concerned about noise when I realized how close the house is to the Old Princeton Hwy, but it was nice and quiet during the night.

Only minor things 1) it would be nice to have shower gel provided (only one small bar of soap) 2) I expected to have a box of tissues provided. 3) TV - first evening I could not get into Netflix, when I mentioned it at breakfast, he offered to check out during the day. He let me know it was fixed, and I was able to watch the second evening.

The location was close to the highway and next to Mountainview Brewery! The sliders and windows have been upgraded to cancel out any road noise for being on a busy street. Breakfast was excellent and the host was there the whole time refilling coffee and offering tea. The downstairs dining area has amazing chalkboard walls with notes and comments from all over the world. Bonus points for having the books in the room, behind the scenes of Rocky Horror Picture show was fantastic.

Double-check the *Things to do* book in the rooms. I am a lower mainland local, so I know about things to do and places to see. The inserts for the brewery were outdated and there are still flyers about Othello tunnels, even though they have been closed since the floods.

One of our favourite places we stayed in during our recent visit to Canada. Beautiful decor, nice ambience,and run by a young family, who were very attentive, friendly , and just lovely . Room.was spacious and well equipped. Had a cute little balcony, which was nice to sit out on in the evening. Overall a little oasis of loveliness in unfortunately a mediocre town

Surrounding area a little disappointing. Not a great deal to to do once you've done a circuit of the town . I'm sure there is some lovely hikes unfortunately our stay wasn't long enough to explore that option .

By far, the best of all! We stayed in 11 locations in recent days and without doubt Christian and his wonderful family made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was superb and bang on time! Everything was explained with easy to follow directions…..even how to use the coffee machine. The bedroomNSA’s nothing short of perfect! We would so love to return at some time in the future.

There was absolutely nothing to NOT like.

Private house renovated into motel. Has separate rented rooms. Self checking and self check out, very clean. Serenity room is on the first floor and has separate entrance plus exit to patio. I travel to Hope once or twice a month by business. Cheeked several motels. This one is the best of what I saw.

I travel alone. The room is set for 6 people. A little to much of furniture for me personally (two double beds and one sofa bed) . Again, the room is not dedicated for a single traveler.

Excellent food for breakfast. Great choices for coffee, americano, cappuccino, teas. Exceptionally clean. Great personalized friendly service. Check in was very easy and convenient. Central location excellent. Our top choice for accommodation in the area.

Real fast was great. Only two choices and only at 8am sharp! But it was excellent.

Our room looked out right into a busy road. Bed was a bit small and soft! Would have liked personal check in or at least less strict instructions at check in. Felt a bit unwelcoming. But the place is great and the owner is great and the room was lovely and woukd highly recommend.

We had a spacious, clean, comfortable room.We had a refrigerator and coffee machine and tea kettle in our room. The location was within a short walk of a variety of restaurants, full grocery store, and craft brewery. Cristian was helpful with recommendations in the area and served delicious breakfasts with a variety of fresh fruit and yogurt. There was a selection of coffees and teas in the breakfast room. We would definitely recommend staying at Evergreen.

Christian was an awesome host. He made us feel very welcome and he prepared a terrific breakfast for us in the morning. This suite was tastefully and comfortably decorated. Great bed, linens, fireplace, TV...everything! I cannot give this place high enough ratings. The brewery next door was a great place to have a light supper and a dark beer!

Be sure you follow the email directions from Christian, it will have the self-check in code. This is different that any of the other numbers you may have through Booking. This is such a minor thing, really the place is perfect!

I loved the comfy feeling, the decor was really nice , bed was really comfortable.

Couldn't rent movies , fire place was abit loud there was a clicking sound that made it annoying. Was not enough hot water to have a shower kept switching back to cold
