The layout of the one-bedroom suite was good, and the beds very comfortable. When we noticed that there weren't any towels, one of the staff came to our room and said it hadn't been cleaned (it looked clean to us!) and were very apologetic. Two people came immediately and fixed all and brought extra coffee for the machine. There were plenty of electrical outlets, which was useful. The price was reasonable compared to a similar place we'd stayed at the previous night.

Cars going by on the highway were a little noisy.

We had a great stay. We had two rooms for sleeping and great private facilities. Everything was very clean and the chalet came with a full size fridge freezer, oven and microwave. With all the dishes we would need. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was a great location for many of the wineries

It needed another trash can in the kitchen. There were shower gel and shampoo but no soap to wash your hands. That was really the only fault

I loved the Reno done on 60’s era motel. Nice to have the extra bathroom facilities on the property. Would you consider changing one of the beds to a wall bed giving a little more space when not in use?

It took some time to get used to the noise of traffic.

The Family Suite was perfect . Renovated, quiet, and beautifully situated by an orchard. The bonus was the fabulous pool area that looked pristine!

Everything met our needs. Check out time was at 10 am and at 10:02, we had a knock on the door just as we were about to head out.

It was very clean and comfortable and well equipped

We found the pet fee to be very high. We travel with 2 small dogs and $60 per night is a little excessive.

My room #3 was fully renovated. Super clean. Well outfitted with mini kitchen. New bathroom. Since it was 36 degrees when I arrived. Air conditioner was super welcomed. Parking right outside for my motorcycle. Paved lot. Communication from staff was great woth text before my arrival about room being ready and door codes etc. Overall. The orchard was perfect for my stay. Great value.

Due to Covid the pool was closed. Would have been handy due to heat. But I jumped in the lake in the town instead !!!

The room was bright, cheerful and clean, and the kitchenette was well equipped. The motel was quiet when I arrived and remained so through to my departure the next morning.

The office doesn't open until 9 a.m., and the two out-of-hours assistance contact options didn't yield a response when I tried them at 8 a.m. That said, the proprietor was both responsive and helpful the evening before when I'd called the provided out-of-hours phone number, so maybe I just caught him at a bad time the next morning.

Location great!

Mattresses could be thicker. Woke up with a very sore back. Next time I would bring a foamy myself to add to the mattress on the bed

place is awesome very clean and my room couldn’t have been more perfect for me intact I’d like to stay two more nights and if possible turn into a long therm rental for winter if they do that sort of thing ☺️
