We arrived a wee bit early and were able to access our room which was much appreciated. The room was clean and right on the water - the view was fabulous. We very much enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

The breakfast room was small and breakfast basic toast, cereal and coffee. Some fruit would have been nice. My only complaint would be about the people above us. There was a quiet time which was totally ignored and we were woken up before 5a.m. with somebody running around and jumping up and down.

The hotel itself is right on a private beach for easy, close access. Shops, restaurants and amusement park are within walking distance. Room and property well kept and clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff were amazing. Starbucks coffee in the room and full sized shampoo,conditioner,lotion etc Beach is sandy and water is gorgeous. Friendly ducks and people.

The room has a kitchenette but only one large bread knife and one smaller skinny sharp one. Rooms need spatulas/flippers for cooking. No basics for cooking like salt and pepper. We booked a queen room but it definitely was a tiny and hard queen bed.

Arrived over 2 hours early and was greeted by a smiling face and received the keys for our room. Nice fresh clean room. Went out for a walk along the lake,right across the street. BEAUTIFUL!!

What I did not like,was having to pack my bags and get ready for the drive home. But the hotel isn’t going anywhere. I’m retired and a return trip can happen anytime.

Awesome location, right on the beach. The only negative was the small size of the room. Breakfast was included and was a wonderful experience! Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Air conditioning kinda spased out there was a puff of something alarm went off I unplugged the air conditioning so we didn’t bother are baby it was the middle of night I let the front desk know in the morning that said they would look at it we were checking out

Good location that’s close to restaurants and right on the beach. Room was very spacious.

The room I was given did not have elevator access and I had to carry my suitcase up stairs

Housekeeping Staff were exceptional. Kudos to the ladies.

Continental Breakfast needs to come back. Motorcycles taking parking spaces and pick up trucks taking 2 parking spaces! Often had to park on the street. Have a designated parking area for scooters and Motorcycles!

Really nice location, comfortable beds in spacious rooms! We are really happy we chose to stay here and most definitely would stay here again

amazing rooms right on the beach. and the beach is kept very clean by a guy several times a day so any sticks or debris washed up on the beach is removed right away. and it set this hotel apart from the rest on the beach 🤙

The view of the beach/lake and the mountain from our room, my daugther loves the water slide.

The water of the pool is too cold...hoping it will be fix
