Lovely and welcoming staff. Nice, clean and modern room. Location is a bit further from the town center, but that's what we wanted. Loved the breakfast options, seemed like they change daily. Parking felt safe and secure. Definitely would stay again!

We just couldn't figure out how to work the fancy in-room coffee maker. We had a great laugh about it with the housekeeper. To anyone else struggling: please don't hesitate to ask for a demonstration, it was definitely beyond our capabilities lol.

Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front counter to the kitchen help to the housekeeping. The free breakfast selection was great. Our grandson loved watching the machine make his pancakes! He ate several with sprinkles. The pool was great for fun. The hot tub was perfect for a soothing relaxation - especially in December! We have tried 3 other hotels in Osoyoos. From now on, the Best Western Plus is our go-to hotel in Osoyoos.

In general, we are satisfied with the hotel. The room is large and comfortable. The convenient location and the amusement park located next door made the children very happy.

for 5 days, the room was not cleaned once. Upon request, the garbage was taken out and towels were changed once.

We booked a suite, which was very spacious, so was the bedroom! Staff was very kind and friendly. Our floor was nice and quiet. Overall, we've enjoyed our stay.

Matrasses were a bit soft, and the hotel is a bit dated. Also, we would have preferred for breakfast to have a better selection of bread, buns, and fruit.

Overall positive experience. Check-in was quick and simple. Staff were courteous and polite. Room was clean and presentable. Room and hotel overall was nice and quiet. Complimentary breakfast provided a wide selection, and the seating area was large and bright. Pool and hot tub were good. As mentioned, an overall positive experience. I would stay here again when passing through Osoyoos.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. The A/C was great as it was 40* in Osoyoos. Front staff were friendly.

The room could have used some TLC, it was showing its age. We booked a kitchen but the room was missing important cutlery like a knife.

My room was right next to the Guest laundry Room. I heard laundry machine was in operation after 10pm. I thought it should be closed at 10pm.

I was not impressed with the shower. It was a walk-in for handicap use. The shower curtain wasn't long enough, and water splashed all over the bathroom floor.

The breakfast was more than we expected, there was a pool and hot tub. Everything was clean, free, parking.

That we have to pay for early check-in if the room is already clean. That they couldn’t give us a foil tray because we weren’t premium members? Or had a suite (sold out) not our fault. It was pretty pricey for the amenities..
