The real gem was Phil, the person working the desk. He was taking multiple calls from people displaced by the fires. I made an error in the date for our trip as we also had to quickly change our plan. He fixed our booking (Booking.com was also helpful) and even arranged for last minute accommodations for my 92 year old mother. Did it all with a calm approach and a smile. Hard to find service like that. The people working at the hotel were also really friendly and responsive. Will return there for sure!

Nothing. It was clean and well set up and in a great location. Good value.

We loved the layout of how the rooms were accessible to the pool. The newer rooms were lovely too.

Only one little thing- the quickest access out of the room to the pool was through the back door in the room, however we couldn’t leave without it being unlocked while at the pool, so we had to have one person walk around the front way. Key card access through the back doors of the new rooms would solve this, but not a big deal as we loved our stay overall.

From the moment I walked in, the gentleman at the front desk (Phil) was kind, friendly and anticipated our arrival. He was informative, funny and very welcoming to Osoyoos. We loved how quiet the room was, and it was nice to have a sink and table area too. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. We liked the location because although it wasn't right downtown, it was only a 2-3 minute drive which was great for us. We didn't try the breakfast (we have a lot of dietary restrictions), so we can't report on that but it looked like they had quite a few options!

Ck in was great with Phil, not a virtual ck in like I had recently in Gallup NM with a guy in India on a TV screen. We like your traditional, personal ck in. Phil also answered our questions for recommendations for eating places in town.

I didn’t care to hear our next door neighbors conversations thru the wall next to our bed. We could even hear him clear his throat or cough.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were great!

The internet was down int he evening and therefore there was no T.V. however we were exhausted anyways and we were only there one night so it was no big deal to us. Apparently the issue with internet was due to a community issue and was beyond the hotels control so we accepted and understood. Wish the price were lower, however for Osoyoos in high season, the price was ok.

We booked 2 rooms for July; the price was reasonable for the location/date. Reception was great. We got rooms together as requested. The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. The roome with 2 beds included a small kitchenette area. The location is good. The rooms were quiet and we slept well. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We recommend the Super 8 if you ever stay in Osoyoos.

Good location, nice courtyard with outdoor pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ areas. Breakfast is included, was pretty basic but all we needed. Room had a nice little kitchenette with larger mini fridge, microwave, sink & coffee pot and a table sitting area for meals or games.

Bathroom was very small with the door swinging outward right up to the bed, but the good thing is that the sink is outside the toilet/shower room, as well as large mirror in the kitchen area for multiple people to get ready.

The host was so nice and friendly and helpful and the cleaning ladies so polite too. The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was excellent. Nice to have a fridge and microwave and the pool was great and there are BBQ's that you can use too.

They need to clear the people out of the pool area sooner as there was too much noise still with kids running around after 10pm at night.

The room was well appointed and had everything I needed. A tea towel would be good in the kitchenette if you were there for a few days and doing meals, other than breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

It was a bit of a distance from the town but that really can’t be helped. I walked to dinner. Lots of fast food options nearby.

Breakfast was excellent.

The only drawback for me was the hot weather which I knew about in advance and you cannot do much about it. I am not much of a beach person but I visited the area and enjoyed it very much.
