Everything about this place is great! Fantastic staff! The owners were great and very helpful and friendly! They all work very hard to keep their customers happy and to keep the property looking clean. Rooms were very clean as well and the A/C worked great! Lastly, Location, location, location!!!! This is a five second walk to the beach! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the price! This will be an every year event going forward! Can't wait to come back!

The location can’t be beat. The property is an icon. It has been in Penticton almost 50 years and the staff keep it clean from top to bottom. Of all the properties this location is the best. Across to the beach in mere seconds. Close to family places like Salty’s and upscale Elma which is a must date night, girls/ guys dinner out. Close to the SS Sicamous,ice cream lickity Splitz,the rose garden and adventure land and launch point to the channel Location and clean comfortable accommodations

A pool

Location is great. The restaurant attached to the hotel – Elma— is superlative! Aysa‘s parents run the motel and she runs the restaurant with help from her husband Mike. It is the best restaurant in Penticton, and certainly one of the best Turkish restaurants in North America! Stay in the motel and eat in the restaurant. You’re stay in Penticton will be wonderful!

Rooms could use some updating.

Excellent location - across road from the beach. Clean rooms. All appliances worked well. Quiet at night. Blackout curtains. Enough dishes, etc. A/C worked well, thankfully - it was 40degreesC when we were there. Easy to dispose of garbage.

Wish there was a broom in the unit for all the sand. Also more TP (though easily remedied with a trip to the office :) Not much else we didn't like.

i liked that the lights in parking lot and on the street sign get turned off indicating quiet time thats what i liked the managment enforced quiet , i dont need to sleep next to a party every night

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location just across from the beach and very close to restaurants, activities. Able to park on site.

Motel and rooms are a bit dated, and could use some upgrades. There have been some renovations, but a bit more would go a long way to enjoying the room.

Friendly owners and managers who were on-site if you needed them. Location is impossible to beat. Rooms had enough space and had all the basic essentials. Nothing fancy, nothing junk. Just simple, easy and everything worked.

Nothing really ... two chairs were a little worse for wear.

The location was right in the middle of the action. Steps from the beach and all amenities. Economical for a small family.

The decor was very dated. Stuck in the 70’s.

it is very good property located right on the beach. The host was really nice and accommodated us at the best room with water view. thanks for that. it is a bit pricey for motel, but it is a high season too.

location, service, cleanliness and nice service

great location. older place, but very clean and comfortable. seemed a little pricey, but it’s in Penticton, as well as an excellent location, it’s understandable.
