Location amazing!! Everything was excellent, sheets were clean, bathroom clean, and air conditioning was a life saver. Being able to text the staff was nice and parking was great!

The cups were dirty when we arrived and when we left there was no dish soap to clean them because we didn’t have a kitchenette ( just a fridge and microwave ). Would’ve been ideal to have a small safe for valuables but then again the area felt safe and secure so wasn’t much of a worry. The face soap felt a little weird and merky looking so wasn’t a personal favourite especially for washing the dishes.

We like the location. At this time of year, it was very quiet. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance. And it is just so easy to go for a walk along the beach. I don't know but I'm thinking that this place would be noisy during the summer months

The room had poor lighting. There was just a small desk lamp and a small bedside table lamp. This is not adequate for lighting when the blind is closed. And it's not enough light in order to read a book.

Location is the best for the lake beach visitors. The rooms are comfortable and the size is proper. There is a kitchen in the room, not sure if all the rooms have it, and it is very helpful for families. There are nice patios featuring barbecue and tables and stools. The one at the front feels like seating at a beach view restaurant.

No towel or linen change unless one is staying for 7 days or more.

The location to the beach and restaurants was excellent! The staff/owners were friendly and accommodating. The resident dog and cat were adorable and friendly. The owner played music in the afternoon, which was very enjoyable, and all the people walking by would sing and dance as they passed. It was great!

The room needs more lighting and a hair dryer.

the property is being upgraded. the place is immaculate! The beds were so comfortable and the linens (including one of the nicest, fluffiest duvets. the location can’t be beat-right across the road from the beach. The outside sitting areas are delightful from the recently landscaped front garden with comfortable chairs and a fire table to the three decks all furnished with comfortable chairs and either a propane heater or fire table. also the property provides barbecues as well as planters with fresh herbs for the guests to use.

The staff at this motel are amazing. The wife walked around with a smile on her face at all times. They were very nice and put up with our large group of children. They have a big speaker for music and wE danced our hearts out on the front grass and top deck. Property is kept clean and tidy. Across the street from the beach and wibit for the kiddos. They provide propane fire pits, and bbq’s for cooking. We can’t rave enough about how amazing our experience here was. We prebooked for next year when we checked out.

The location and view was more than we'd hoped for. Love the sitting areas with the fire pits. Also, the owners are super nice and accommodating. It was a great experience for us.

The rooms were comfortable, but a bit plain, which wasn't a big deal. We were enjoying Penticton too much to be hanging out in a hotel room.

The resort is an unreal location and very happy with the new management, I loved the seamless check-in and check-out process. The room was a great size and felt very clean!

The lighting in the room was fairly minimal due to the main window being along the walk-way. I would recommend a larger lamp or a celing light.

Location, location, location. Right on the northern beach. Check in and out was simple with an automated with key code system.

Room was small, plain and a little dated, so the price is high solely based on the fact it's facing the water.

The location was amazing, just across the street from the beach and near some great restaurants like Saltys. The room was a great size, bright and cheery paint colors, kitchen had everything we needed and a comfy bed.
