The view of the golf course was awesome. The grounds and pool area are very picturesque. The pool area reminds me of staying at a resort in Mexico, and I wish that we had spent more time there just relaxing! The pub on the hotel grounds has a beautiful patio and very friendly staff. The hotel is easy to find as it's located right off the highway as soon as you enter the city, which also makes it very easy to come and go when exploring the area. The room was a typical hotel room but a little larger than normal, with a convenient little fridge and a nice sized private balcony. We would definitely stay there again.

It was disappointing to find soap, shampoo and conditioner missing in the bathroom and the lotion was almost empty. Not sure if this is a new hotel practice or just an oversight. The fan on the temperature control system was also quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep until you got used to it. The staff member checking us in wasn't overly friendly, but the member checking us out was very pleasant and efficient.

Property was absolutely lovely - beautiful grounds, rooms are newly refurbished, lovely pool and great outside patio in restaurant. We were lucky to get super warm weather in June before the July room prices start.

We didn’t stay long enough to find anything wrong. Although they do offer room service and when requested by my mother they said they weren’t able to, so we had to go down to get it ourselves. Would love if they provided body wash as I forgot mine - I used the hand soap instead. Also vending machines were faulty and not well stocked.

Room was nicely updated. Loved the huge corner bath. Outdoor hot tub was the reason I picked this hotel. Upon checkout the gentleman asked what I was up to for the rest of the day and I mentioned a winery I wanted to see. He gave suggestions for other wineries and even sent an email with suggestions which was great because the one I wanted to go to was closed and I ended up checking out the other suggestions. Very helpful!

I didnt mind that they didnt clean in between my 2 night stay, but it would have been nice to get a refill on coffee etc since I used it up mostly on the first day. I am sure I could have asked the front desk for more, but I forgot so that is more on me.

The man working the front desk was so nice and accommodating and went out of his way to ensure we got into our rooms. There were some issues with our key cards not working (which was out of his control) but he quickly found a solution for us. He provided excellent customer service during a very stressful time for my family and for that I would love to thank him. The rooms we ended up in were excellent, clean, smelled so fresh when we walked in, close to everything and had everything we required. I have been in customer service for many years andI have not come across someone in his position who has been this professional, kind and helpful in a very long time.

It was my second time staying here and I returned for a reason. Clean rooms, comfy beds and the hot tub all year round!

There was this incident when shortly after we checked-in another guest was given the exact same room where we were staying and he (obviously not suspecting anything) suddenly walked into our room. Right upon that our key cards stopped working and we had to get them reset at the reception desk. I can understand that mistakes can happen, but it just made me feel instantly unsafe that basically anyone can be given access to my room just by a simple error. I really hope this doesn't happen too often, because otherwise our stay was great.

Great location and courtyard with rooms at the back of the complex made for a quiet sleep. Especially important because it is located on a busy road. The restaurant had excellent food and is a lovely garden outdoor patio space.

Ac was very cold when we first entered but we were able to moderate it. The bathtub, shower combo is awkward - either have stand alone both or just a shower. My sister had trouble draining the tub after her shower.

Mostly everything, especially how friendly and professional the staff is. Very appreciated!! U guys even brought out loungers on the grass for us to lay out in the sun!!!!

For the money I would think we should have a small microwave in the room. Everyone was so wonderfully great to us except when my boyfriend called to ask if we could have a bit of a longer checkout time because I had a migraine she said no and was gone before he could tell her why.

The layout of the suite i had, was lovely. A view and a fireplace, a kitchen with the necessities. The pool and hot tub were great and quite well maintained.

Please look into getting a clock in the hot tub area. It would allow people to tell how long they have been in the tub, especially if they exceed the 10 max recommendation time. Also, you may want to get in pest control to look at the gazebo that houses the tub. I noticed hornets/wasps going in/out of one of the pillars, near the top. If you're facing the back of the gazebo, the second pillar from the left.

The rooms are super nice with very comfy beds and pillows. The bathtub is very big and makes for a wonderful bath!!! The grounds are beautiful and laying around the pool is sooo relaxing!!!

The tv stations are extremely limited. A microwave is usually included with the price of a hotel room, even cheaper ones, but is an extra cost here.

Loved the pool with the loungers, bar, background music and the ability to order food from the pub and eat on the pool deck. We felt like we were in a resort in a far away destination as opposed to being in a close by city to our home.

Breakfast available earlier. It did not start until 10 am and we had tee times at local golf courses earlier than that.
