The hotel is very clean and has everything you expect it to have. The location is not the best, but it is also not that bad. But what I value the most is that employes did not forget to use brain and were willing to thing and flexibly help us with some unusuall needs when it was not in collision with the needs of hotel. This is rare in todays world and I do appreciate it.

The heating in our room would need fixing bit it was luckily not cold. And it would be nice if the hotel swimming pool wouldnt be used as a playground dor kids...

Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was a treat, very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with soft towels and toiletries. Loved the bidet. While staff at check-in desk were brisk, room service staff were very helful and went above expectations, as did the check out staff.

Overall very happy with stay. Some minor areas dor improvement....Air conditioner was like a Westjet plane taking off, very noisy, even withear plugs. Access from the parkade was cumbersome (had to negotiate stairs with luggage).

WE WERE TRAVELINGTO BRING MY SON TO PLAY FOR THE PRINCE GEORGE KODAIAKS SO IT WAS A SHORT TRIP BUT WILL BE RETURNUNG IN A FEW WEEKS TO WATCH THEIR FIRST GAME

The bidet toilet is a novelty you have to try. The room on our second night was much better than the first and very clean, modern, and comfortable. The pool was large enough to do laps (15m long) and clean. The pool change rooms were the best I have seen. The parking and hotel location are relatively secure and accessible.

The doors were small and difficult to bring the luggage carts into the elevators and rooms.

The hotel was great, we stay there whenever we spend the night in Prince George and always enjoy it. We feel safe and comfortable there especially during the pandemic, everything is always exquisitely clean.

The hotel would benefit from having some staff monitoring the pool area. One group of people had taken over the hot tub and was not letting anyone else use it. My family was down there for two hours, playing in the pool and waiting for a chance but just had to give up eventually.

The staff were especially friendly - one staff took our picture for us in the lobby (for our 20th anniversary) and the other behind the desk was very courteous. We also enjoyed dinner that evening at Shogun. Bed was comfortable (pillows maybe a bit too full/poofy, which I like, husband not so much), room super clean and awesome size and everything worked well (lights, TV etc.). My only small complaint is that the toilet paper is in a spot that is a bit awkward to reach, and the first time I went to get some, it came off the holder. Were very happy to find complementary chocolate covered strawberries in our fridge near the end of the evening. Were so full from dinner, could not eat all of them! Thank you Coast Hotels!

Staff were really kind. The housekeeping was great, everything was well clean. Room were comfortable and have all you need (like hair dryer, coffee machine and iron) Wifi was good (even for video calls) and included in rooms rate

It's an old hotel that has been partially renewed so some parts are still very old (like the pool area) The chair from the desk of the room was very uncomfortable for work full time for a week from the room. The hotel is located in downtown what is not a great part of the town (not the hotel fault for sure)

unfortunately nothing the hotel can do but the area of Prince George is not good. we cut our stay short as we were approached around the hotel by homeless people and drug users looking for money who clearly are not getting the support needed. makes it uneasy walking the streets. view from the window towards the conference centre there were people using drugs and laying on the grass while high.

Very nice hotel in a rather ugly town. The personnel was very kind and the restaurant at the ground floor is very good. It was a convenience that the breakfast could be given in a box to take away as we had to leave early by the train.

The breakfast was not included in the room price.

It was relatively quiet and, as usual, the staff were friendly and curteous. However, the coolest things were the dogs behind the counter when I arrived. It would be awesome to have dogs behind the counter all the time. One dog came out when I came up to the counter and put both its front paws up on the counter in front of it. That was the most heart-warming thing I have ever seen!! Note to management' keep it up!!! Those dogs made my day!

There was something screwy about how the TV channels line up on the channel menu. CBC NewsWorld was listed at a certain channel number but when I clicked on that I got CTV News instead. I found that really annoying!
