I only had 1 night in Prince George and I wanted to go to the Treasure Cove casino while visiting. Everyone was pleasant and answered all my questions. I was pleased to see that a Little Bistro was open at 6 in the morning as I had to leave by 7:40 and could take a yummy sandwich with me. I had a coffee prior to that and I found it just right. Front desk helped ensure my taxi was on time. Had a fun eve at the casino and was well rested to continue my journey the next day.

The TV did not have many channels but I really didn’t plan to watch much anyways. Everything else was good.

Location Great, there was no included breakfast so can't comment on that.

Noticed really nice patios on the second floor from outside, asked the gentalmen at the front desk if they were rooms? he said he only started a few weeks ago and had no idea and never bothered to say he would find out and get back to us. Beside that everthing was excellent!

Clean very nice atmosphere. Great staff . Pool and slide.

2 of the restaurants the breakfast and dinner ones closed ... even though i called a few days before to confirm and was told all restaurants are still running. Only 1 restaurant was open. Location is to far from alot of things but thats ok i didnt mind that too much.

The front desk staff was amazing there was an issue with my booking from booking.com and they were friendly gave us our key let us go up to the room told us we could even wait till the next day to get it straightened out with booking.com and then when we decided to stay another night even though they had to move us to another room they were so accommodating

Didn't like how far yet to go from the lobby to the bingo hall and found the elevators and in front of the elevators towards the restaurants dirty and it didn't have a good smell in the lobby

Very comfy bed. Nice balcony. The entire hotel was visually appealing. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The tavern had great drinks and good food. Would definitely go back.

There was no fan in the bathroom to help with the steam. The remote for the tv was like a child’s toy, with no access to the control settings. We had to call for help and get management and maintenance to come up to change the tv from cable to HDMI source. The shower should be close-able. Water got everywhere because it’s an open concept build. The air conditioner by the window was on when we got to our room, but none of the controls worked. We learned from the manager that the air conditioner was not to be used. Instead the thermostat on the wall. Maybe a note should be left explaining how to adjust the climate in those rooms.

The staff was very friendly the hot tub was nice and warm and the beds OMG were sooo comfy

The adjoining door to the casino was closed so we had to walk around outside in the snow storm so it was a little cold haha as we didn't want to have to carry our coats around in the casino

restaurant on site was great. Good food and service. No breakfast Mondays-Wednesdays

NO SHUTTLE SERVICE TO/FROM PRINCE GEORGE AIRPORT. Website says they offer the service but front desk says they stopped doing this since June. Cost of Taxi ride to the hotel was $36,00 with tip !

the view the bed + bathroom quiet staff were friendly

we had the king room could have really used a fridge with freezer to keep our cooler ice packs frozen for trip home bottle water in the room, coffee table would have been nice to eat on lamp with usb charger on desk , besides that we will be back

Whether we travel and it’s possible we like to stay at Prestige Hotels. With their higher standards we know we will have a great stay. Kids LOVED the pool and the water slide!!!!

Our room had a view of a gray wall 3 meters away. Perhaps an abstract mural could cheer the space a little.

The room was absolutely beautiful, loved the shower and the comfy bed and pillows. The restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. I was able to go to the Casino and ended up winning some money which was a huge bonus!
