Accent Inns Vancouver Airport

Early check in no problem 😊! This is a very well organized comfy place to stay the rooms have all you need and more! The staff is very supportive and really nice! Tv shampoo conditioner.lots of towels comfy beds fridge coffe and tea in room and down in lobby is decorated very retro 70s cool bikes are free to ride round! 😎 took uber to nearby river rock resort..8.00...the place book u a cab for free ride to airport!! I will return and use your sister hotels the ZED in Victoria next visit !! Good price and really super restraunt.bar Eggspectation next door. Also night market nearby.. 😋 👌 bonus lock attachment thing on door felt super safe and secure.( these should have been invented 100 years ago!!!

Check-in was straight forward and quick. Close to the airport.

The toilet tank had a slow leak into the toilet boil. The pillows were too thick and the three of us had to sleep just on the mattresses. The lower floor room could hear practically everything going on elsewhere in the inn. The recommended restaurant of that location with the 10 % discount for staying in the hotel, overcharged us on everything for breakfast and there was no discount. Very disappointing.

Great communication; taxi provided in lieu of free shuttle; proximity to airport. There was even laundry available (wish I'd known when a pen leaked in my pocket!). Wake-up call offered; changed the time at 1 AM when I realized my flight departure time was changed... no problem at all to do. Taxi was waiting for me at the arranged time.

I only wish there had been softer (flatter) pillows available... there likely were, but I didn't ask. Restaurant was closed when I arrived (8 PM) but I was directed to a nearby place where they offered a discount to Accent Inn guests. : )

The room was big, the bed really confortable. The shuttle wasn't available so they reimburse the taxi from the airport and had a voucher to cover the taxi fee when i headed to the airport the next day. The staff was nice and efficient.

The bathroom could've been cleaner but other than that it was all good. The price was a bit high but the end of june is the touristic season so i guess that make sense.

After staying the previous night at a hotel where things were not great (broken running toilet, broken TV, restaurant shut down without notice, parking challenges etc), it was genuinely so nice to arrive at Accent Inn in Richmond knowing what to expect and getting exactly that. We knew it wouldn't be "luxury" but it was better in that it was exactly what a tired mom needed. Friendly helpful staff, clean room stocked with what we needed, parking right outside, and delicious breakfast the next morning with great service (including gluten free).

We had to make use of the pull out couch which was quite loud and squeaky but no biggy.

The room was great, spacious and very comfortable bed. Parking and location were convenient.

I was required to pay by credit card but information provided only said I needed this for security, not the full payment. I had CAD transferred to my debit card to pay so this cost me unnecessarily. We stayed 3 nights but our room was only serviced once. No rubber ducks despite all the advertising!

We were given a room at the back, away from the road and on the third floor, as requested. We were checked in by Chris who was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We ate at eggspectation and Fogg and Suds, both nearby, and received a discount as we were staying at the hotel. I loved the free duckie too !

There was nothing unsatisfactory at all.

The duck in the room, the giant Scrabble board, giving us a room on the bottom floor as requested, friendly and informative staff, allowed us a slightly lake checkout.

The hot tub being closed for COVID. It was one of the reasons I booked here. Case rates and hospitalizations are low, masks and other precautions have been dropped, it's April 2022 and most hotels I've stayed in have reopened their pools and spas. The covid excuse doesn't fly anymore, especially because a small hot tub could easily be reserved by just one party at a time. I would have been less annoyed if the hot tub had just said "closed" without saying "closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19."

Location suits us perfectly. Rooms are large and comfortable. They have laundry - key for remote workers. We also much preffer rooms with outside acces rather than normal hotel. This idea should be more common. Used to be I guess.

What a fun place to stay! Puns and games all over the place. I don’t think breakfast was included in our stay, but the attached restaurant was quite good. We were also able to walk a short distance to a bar/restaurant to catch dinner and TV sports. The taxi to the airport included in our hotel stay was a nice touch.

One downside for the fun hotel: We had to pay to get a tiny cup of coffee in the lobby. And our last pun: “12 days without a pun makes one weak”…. and then some!
