This review is part of a big road trip we planned around British Columbia and Alberta – flying in from Australia and renting a car, for the trip of our lifetime so far. We put a huge amount of time, energy and expense in planning the whole trip. As Aussies, we just want to say Canada is amazing. Just beautiful. It was worth every bit of planning and expense we put it into for so very long. Be proud Canada – what a beautiful place you live in! So, in that context, here is this review: We chose this motel due to it's closer location to the where our ferry was leaving. It was a two night stay and we visited Vancouver itself while there (Stanley Park and Gas Town) - but we like traveling so we don't mind driving (accommodation in the city itself was so much more expensive). The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The inclusive breakfast was really good.

The staff were a little formal and stiff. Geez, would it kill you to crack a smile?? We realised, soon after leaving, that we had left out camera there but, despite phoning the motel numerous times and they saying they would check and call us back, they never called back once!! The attitude was very poor, disappointing and unprofessional! Looks like a cleaner or the next client in the room scored a free camera - or an unscrupulous staff member who didn't let the chance go by.

Everything went well except for a few things. Shuttle didn’t pick us up for almost two hours after my call. Called FIVE times. Front desk staff was rude and vague about when our ride would be there. Once we arrived, our rooms were three floors apart. Front desk clerks were impatient and rude. Coffee pot in room didn’t work. Room was great. Breakfast was delicious. Breakfast workers were exceptionally good and kept the food coming while it was very crowded. They were pleasant and hard working.

This was a busy hotel, but was great for our family stay. The pool was fun and clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

We were missing sheets for our the out couch. We arrived late and then because they were short staffed by the time they arrived with some sheets we were all in bed. Would be nice to have a few extra blankets and pillows in the room since it was meant for a family and I assume the pull out couches are used frequently.

It has lots of stuff to do pool, hot tub, gym, in next parking lot over a big cineplex theatre and brewery’s and food and bowling, to lazer tag etc.

It is out of the way as it’s pretty far from downtown Vancouver it was a fair ways away, aswell as If you skytrain or bus. This hotel came with free shuttles to the airport which worked out welland I ended up using Uber and skytrain to get there which was actually good timing. Depending on situations

The beds were comfortable, the pool and spa were great. The breakfast was good and offered a few options that were Gluten Free (Celiac friendly). Had a few restaurants near by that you could walk to. There was a power outage from 7-8:30am so it was very dark in the hallway and rooms, but this is not something that the hotel could have prevented.

It is a bit out of the way if you want to be near a lot of shops and site seeing. If you didn't have a car it would be hard to access anything not within walking distance of the hotel.

Easy check-in, nice front desk staff, they'll store your luggage, close to a small entertainment complex so there's a few restaurants within walking distance. Nice big room, modern, clean, very comfy bed, lots of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. I had a great view looking towards the city and coastal mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

Make sure you contact the hotel in advance if you're coming in from YVR airport because the shuttle doesn't run all the time like some major hotels. The hotel is pretty far out in Richmond but there are public transport buses nearby that go to Brighouse Skytrain station that will get you into Vancouver.

The Hotel from reception to every staff were so respectful. Ever willing to render exceptional services. The room is home away from home. My kids enjoyed it. The meal was excellent and gave enough eating time for guest. The pick up and drop off from and to the airport was awesome perk. In all I will not hesitate to make a reservation here wen next I visit Vancouver

In spite of the very busy hotel, the staff were very attentive to our needs. Everything was good, the breakfast, the hot tub, the exercise room. It was a great place to stay out of downtown which makes the rates much better. Excellent city access along No6 Road and Knight Street.

The breakfast room had no toastable french toast option and no waffles, just the factory pancakes. The overflow room was a great idea, a second breakfast room with all the offerings of the main room. It was so busy we used it all weekend.

The room was comfortable and well air conditioned. The hotel was generally quiet and had a small swimming pool. A complimentary shuttle service to Vancouver Airport was extremely useful. Staff were helpful.

The location was difficult to find. Set on a large entertainment site, mostly car park! Staff were unable to direct me to nearby eateries, although I did ultimately find one. The pool was small and busy. Breakfast was included. There was plenty of choice but the cooked items were at best luke warm.

- we got exactly what we requested - above ground floor room away from the lift - flight arrival was 7.30am so we asked for early checkin by 10am and room was ready - king bedroom was very clean - airport to hotel shuttle removed any stress arriving on a long international flight,so no finding/paying for a taxi

to be fair there was nothing we didn’t like, considering the room rate includes a free shuttle and free breakfast this must be taken into account when doing any comparison
