The breakfast was like every other hotel, eggs, bacon, bagels, croissants, yogurt, juices, coffee, spreads and butter. It was delicious! The staff were very friendly, I believe I got a bed upgrade as my current room they had down for me was not ready yet. My partner and I arrived around 9 am aswell! Was not expecting any room at that time but they really accompanied to us. Very kind staff and very comfortable stay.

Would have enjoyed some other known breakfast dishes ex. Sausage, hashbrown, waffles, pancakes. Our room with a balcony sadly didn’t have a microwave, and the breakfast room was closed during the day.

Is was right beside the park and close to shopping and food options. A great place for a few quiet days. At breakfast there was a staff member cooking fresh scrambled eggs not those pre-made omelet things. I was on the top 4 floor and heard the birds in the morning. Nice

The shuttle bus was late and then he told me he couldn't get me to the south terminal and drove like a maniac. Also the name Vancouver Airport Hotel, wow they to find that on the net. It may however have changed hands recently so perhaps all the signs hadn't been replaced.

Booked here at first because of the free airport shuttle, which worked efficiently and on time. The beds were exceptional for comfort, and the room was spotless. The staff without exception were friendly and helpful. They also recommended one of the best Chinese restaurants ever jyst a minutes walk from hotel. Woujd definitely stay here again

I understand this is an older hotel, but I wish there was a walk in shower rather than tub shower.

The bed and pillows were super comfy...just like being at home. The room had everything I wanted and the staff were fantastic . Breakfast was included and was good as was shuttle to the airport. There was a bar and restaurant opposite so I didn't need to venture far for dinner. I was interested in visiting Stevenson which was easily accessed by a bus that stopped outside the hotel so getting around was super easy. I really enjoyed my stay.

My first visit to Canada I just needed some where to crash for one night. The hotel is a little outdated, however 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and the breakfast is very adequate with plenty of choice for a continental with hot scrambled eggs. We used the hotel’s shuttle service which very convenient . Stayed one night to get ferry to the island next day. Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Staff are helpful, cheerful & friendly .

All good. If you want 5 star then stay at a 5 star hotel . This hotel has everything I needed and more for the price .

This is a fairly cheap hotel near the airport in Vancouver. Vancouver is not a cheap place! We booked it very very late, about 1am in the morning of the night we stayed and it was a better experience than we expected. The night porter was brilliant and very helpful. Our only issue was in finding the place as apparently it has moved location of changed name very recently. For us, it was much better than an Air Canada supplied camp bed (cot) (still better than nothing) in the check-in area along with 300 other people!

Quiet, safe, great location in proximity to the airport and central to downtown Richmond. Also, family owned. And not to mention, the staff were very kind and helpful - accommodating me, after my very late arrival as a result of flight delays. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I have no negatives - just note that it is a high quality interior and exterior design and decor, just not brand new. And also, very well maintained!

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with multiple options to choose from. The room was clean and quiet, we had no trouble sleeping without any disturbances. The location was incredibly convenient for catching the Skytrain to Downtown Vancouver.

There was no hand soap, we needed to use the bar of face soap as our hand soap. Not a big deal, it still did the job we needed it to!

The facilities exceeded our expectations, and the inclusive breakfast was a very welcome surprise. We had not expected this.

We unfortunately booked earlier, and when we arrived at YVR, we could find no record of the hotel, and nor could the airport information desk. The desk eventually found out that the hotel had changed it's name twice since we booked..! All's well that ended well.

The staff were all so friendly and courteous. The room was spotless. Powerful air conditioning. Quiet room. The breakfast had tasty and fresh croissants. Prices are inflated everywhere and this hotel had the best deal. Would stay again!

Parking on arrival is non existent and knowing where to put the car so you can check in is super confusing.
