All of the staff was so kind! Always saying hello to us when they saw us. I needed a shuttle at 4 in the morning to the airport and the staff greeted us with smiles and even prepared a prepacked breakfast for everyone.

The breakfast was descent. There was a variety of baking, sausages, eggs, fruit, toast, coffee, tea, cereal… quick foods… this hotel caters to clients that are in a hurry to catch a flight; and it’s free! The bed was excellent, very comfortable, and a decent bathroom. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport, every half hour, and be sure to let them know what time you would like to travel… they phoned a reminder.

The hotel was a bit run down, but there’s a steady flow of customers so it’s no wonder.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located a short walk from the Richmond CF Centre and Brighouse-Richmond Station. Also the secured parking was nice for our vehicle in general.

2 of the 4 mornings the breakfast area was packed and we were not allowed to take food up to our rooms. Also, we parked our vehicle in the underground garage, which I came to refer to as the dungeon. As it was dark and water dripped from the pipes, especially in the room where the elevator is located down there.

Arrived very early from across Canada train. Hotel was gracious to prepare a room for me immediately and to offer me breakfast while I waited. Very near huge shopping mall with large food court for other meals.

Would like better instructions on how to find the hotel. For example, train from train station or airport goes almost there. Why not tell travelers that. Taxi fare from airport to hotel $22 CAN

It was centrally located and right between the Richmond Hospital and Richmond Centre. Also a 10-15 minute walk to a sky train station and bus terminals. There is also a bus stop right outside.

Bathroom is not made for tall people, and the toilet is very low. My room key also got deactivated somehow, but the staff was able to reactivate it. Also, you can hear people being loud in the hallways in the early morning hours.

It was a clean, quiet room.

My only problems were booking related. I arrived at YVR around 1am and was trying to book for that night/technically morning. I did it wrong, but I didn't see how to do it. I had to book from Nov 24 to Nov 25.... even though I was only going to be there on the 24th. The other thing I had a hard time doing, was giving the address of the hotel to the taxi driver. Finally found it. So I could put my difficulties down to being very tired...

Breakfast was excellent, the worker at the dining area was working hard to meet the guests needs. One problem was the small fridge was not working. The shuttle bus driver was very helpful.

The small fridge was not working and one of the reading light on the left side is broken, the pillows are too thick and smelled.

Property was located downtown Richmond, within walking distance of shopping and other services. Gated, underground parking was provided (out of weather). Staff was very accomodating (no pun intended) and helpful for questions. We arrived late and were able to process quickly. Room was nice and we were able to rest after a long day driving.

Staff were so friendly and the front desk helped us with a number of requests. The breakfast had enough hot and cold dishes to suit anyone’s taste. The location was about a five minute walk from Richmond Centre a large shopping mall. Many restaurants around within a five minute walk and a Vietnamese restaurant next door to the hotel. We had supper there on Christmas Day and the meal was excellent.
