It''s a room in the family house near the airport. Comfortable to stay a night after a long trip. And the price is reasonable, comparing with the other hotels. The owners were very kind - we asked the additional bed, and they upgraded our room - to the other, with 2 big comfortable beds.

It was written in booking.com, that breakfast is included, Yes, it is - but it's just a common kitchen and some food items in it, you need to prepare breakfast by yourself. We asked boiled eggs, but the owner said it's forbiden for the tourists to use the gas-stove, he will boil the eggs for us by itself. But then the owner woke up in the morning - it was too late, we already were in need to leave.

Used for overnight stay to catch early onward flight from Vancouver airport. Helpful host David greeted us on arrival and booked early morning taxi for us. Lovely comfortable beds and choice of breakfast foods left out for us . Would definitely recommend as close to airport.

Nothing else needed for our stopover. Host very accommodating and offered help with anything we needed.

My family had a great stay in the property. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, accommodated our needs several times. Each unit was well designed so we didn’t hear any noises. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, very nice to walk to the river side. It’s also close to lots of restaurants. Thanks for your help David!

A good location where you had some eateries nearby and a nice walk through a very pleasant, safe area to the river to watch seaplanes taking off. David was a great host with great flexibility to help yourself to coffee, tea, juice and drinks throughout the day if needed. David will also arrange transfer to Vancouver Airport too. Really nice place to stay.

I was received warmly by a member of the household. The room was spacious, as was the private bathroom. Everything worked, and was convenient. I really liked that they did not use scented soap or fragrances, so I could breath better. The parking was off street. It was quiet both evening and morning.

Lovely large bedroom in a beautiful house. Super bathroom with quality bath and shower. Had run of the house and made to feel very welcome. Self service breakfast with everything you could need.Dave , the host, went out of his way to be helpful and booked our taxi to the airport. Richmond lovely quiet location.

Nothing- it was exactly what we wanted!

Everything was great, the place is beautiful and so clean. Our flight was late but the staff waited late for our arrival. Quite and comfy, you have your bathroom with all requirements outstandingly clean. I would recommend to anyone that travels that way, don't go searching for some other place, I highly suggest you book it.

10 minutes from the airport. Everything was perfect : very spacious room and bathroom, with a very comfortable bed, self-serve breakfast (convenient if you want to leave early) with a lot of choice, and David is a super nice host! Great place, great value for money : we will be back ;-)

David was such a thoughtful host, we had a late flight and he waited for us after check in hours. Bathroom was full equipped with everything we needed. You could serve breakfast yourself at the time most convenient for you, there were lots of different things to eat
