The staff were friendly and accommodating. Room cleanliness was good. There is a nice tent in the parking lot but wish it was cleaner and better maintained. Some guests just leave their trash and cigarette butts on the table. Overall my family's stay in July was good. Would book again and recommend.

Breakfast was continental but it had the same components throughout our stay. A little variation would have been great. We stayed for 5 days and ate the same breakfast every day. At the very least, change the meat option like add bacon or ham every other day (we had sausage from Saturday till Wednesday). Eggs could be prepped variably like omelette or sunny side up (it was always hard boiled)... I wish the tea bags were served individually packaged.

Trash in halls. Floors not so clean in spots. Primitive sink added to the room as an afterthought. No plug for sink. Wifi spotty and at times inaccessible from guest room. Initial contact at desk rather unfriendly at noon Thursday. Strict adherence to 3pm check in, although others got in earlier. Made a point of informing me that she had no handicap rooms, despite my not having inquired about one, perhaps because I walk with a limp.

Continental Breakfast. Size of rooms. Had everything you need. Iron(WITH BOARD). kettle, microwave(GREAT UNIT). coffee maker. Fridge. BEDS SO COMFORTABLE.

I felt like I was doing something terribly wrong when I tried to bring some breakfast to the room. It was 9 30am and there was other patrons in the Breskfast seating area. When she told me she would bring it to the room or then said; "THIS WAS NOT ALLOWED". I WAS RATHER EMBARRASSED. I most likely just made it a larger issue then it was...

Clean, friendly, staff goes above to help make your stay excellent. If you rate them from one to ten, they would be 20. They made a trying time a lot easier for us. Thank you Nav Robbie and all of staff

It was away from things if you did not have a car, but they fixed that too. They drove us everywhere we needed to go very affordable for us.

The Inn and room was very clean. It was convient to have breakfast before heading out for sightseeing. The location was great, walking distance to the the Skytrain, which took us to downtown Vancouver and to North Vancouver by the Seabus. We were very pleased with our stay.

room was clean, bed was comfy. Staff was warm and welcoming.

I arrived late (after 10pm) and had to drive into the parking lot past a group of people, mostly men having a party, with alcohol. As a female traveling alone it was a little off putting. Then my room window faced the party, which was loud until well after 11pm.

The hotel is a old world charm but had all amenities. Friendly staff. The owner was really a gem of a person. The breakfast was delicious. No complaints. I didnt had the change to go for a can of coke and the humble person on the reception paid for it and wont even accept it later.. Very nice experience all together.

Their beds are very comfortable and clean. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is good. The location is okay, just 30mins or so away to downtown Vancouver but still depends on the traffic.

Location, quiet room, friendly staff.

Shower fixtures did not work properly, only one towel on night one, breakfast tables not cleaned after other guests left.

The room was good. The staff were kind and accommodating for us when we needed extra access to the room for an emergency toddler diaper change.
